Fado Pub & Kitchen
We combine the fun, energy and connection of an Irish pub with a kitchen that passionately serves fresh, accessible, European-inspired food. We source local ingredients when we can and we are owned and operated locally. And you can count on craft-made cocktails, a menu of 50 + bottles of wine as well as a full selection of local and European draught beer.
We are open and ready to serve! If you are unable to make an Open Table reservation, please come on in or give us a call 614-408-1500.
Noisy! Difficult to have conversation, even on a weeknight. But our waiter was great and the food was good.
Drink service was a bit slow, but overall a great experience!
So glad we decided to try this place. A great addition to Bridge Park. Will be back many times over.
Was pleasantly surprised. Great bar and atmosphere. Smoked salmon app was great! Will be back soon.
Wonderful Service and incredible appetizers. The date on this review should be December 31st.
Went on on Sunday night before New Year's Eve and then headed to Zoo Lights. It was not crowded at all and we got an easy reservation via OpenTable for a party of six on a high top. Guinness BBQ wing appetizer was very good. Pub Burger was also very good.
Irish with an Upgrade!
If you're looking for an authentic European pub feel - this spot nails it! Great food, superb staff, and drinks galore. The seating options are great - from elbowing up to the bar, high-top tables near tv's or low tops with a view of the river... you just can't miss. Food was fantastic and the wine, bourbon and beer lists are totally on point for even the savviest drinker. Plenty of variety on the menu for all dietary preferences - and a few (secret) gems pulled over from the original Easton location. Can't wait to go back!
Food is much better than pub food! Nice ambiance.
Fade away from Fado.
Ambiance was very good, great selection of spirits and beer but that's where good things ended. Overall the menu items seemed like they'd be good but the execution was very bad. Goat cheese app sounded great, but it was not served w/ any bread or crackers. A crusty toast is a must. Eating just goat cheese is not appetizing. The charred broccoli side was broccoli pickled soggy then grilled. No. The duck fat fries were mushy potato wedges w/o being fried at all. Just awful. The chicken on baguette sandwich was just ok. In summary: go for drinks but somewhere else to eat.
Great atmosphere, location and experience overall! Food was delicious and drinks were cold. Service was fast and friendly. We will return!
The food was so good. We will definitely go back to try other dishes.
Casual, comfortable atmosphere and great food! The Guinness stew is wonderful and the fish and chips were delicious! Service was excellent. We’ll be back!
They offer children’s food and have high chairs so seemingly you would assume they are kid friendly but I learned the hard way that they are not and don’t plan to make adjustments. For a restaurant that is in the middle of Dublin (suburbia) you should be equipped to cater to mostly families, yet they overlooked (purposefully as it was explained) installing diaper changing stations. You thought through the fact that you’d have small enough children to have high chairs, but didn’t think those same small children would also still be in diapers. I learned this the hard way as I had to change my 10 month old daughter on the cold concrete (also filthy as I can imagine) floor. They don’t even have a counter in which I could do this. My child was screaming and my knees and back were killing me as I tried to finagle this task. It was mortifying! We won’t be returning and I will be telling everyone with children (as that includes everyone I know).
We had a few neighbors get together at Fado. We had a great evening. The food and service was wonderful.
This was just overall a poor experience. Dirty dish, poor -(
We went there to have Brunch today. Very pleased with everything!
Fado didn’t seem very much like an Irish Pub, and I know that this particular one in Dublin, Ohio was meant to be a little different than the typical Fado Irish Pubs. But it was just lacking a little in all categories. We weren’t “wowed” at all, and probably wouldn’t choose to come back. Everything was just ok, and with so many options in Dublin, Ohio I don’t see why we would come back.
This place seems as if it is geared for younger people. Service was slow and server seemed uppity.
One of the best places in Dublin
