In the heart of Norwalk’s Wall Street, FALCO is the fourth restaurant under the BJ Ryan’s group, run by BJ Lawless. Chef Jared Falco brings his extensive background in Italian cooking to create a menu grounded in classic Italian food with a modern flair. Handmade pizzas, pastas, and meatballs are some of our classics, with ever-rotating dishes to reflect seasonality and local farm partnerships. For appetizers we ordered the Focaccia, the Arancini, the Chicken Cutlet and the Meatballs. The Calabrian Chili butter was out of this world and so was Pecorino Cream sauce in the Arancini. Having the Focaccia to dip in the butters and the sauces was perfect. I need to go back just for then Chicken Cutlet alone. For entrees we ordered the Mortadella Pizza, the Gnocchi, and the Chicken Saltimbocca. The pizza was like a slice from heaven 🤌. The crust on the Chicken was👌 and the duck fat potatoes were addictive. I loved the Bolognese with the Gnocchi. I'm a huge sweets guy and for dessert the Nutella Donut blew my mind. Wish we ordered two. The donuts were a perfect way to end an amazing meal. The music on the playslist fit the whole vibe and ambience of the restaurant. Can't wait to go back and try the rest of the menu. Ten out of ten would highly recommend.

Total 10/10. Went here with the fiancé for a date night had a few apps, a pizza and a pasta dish. All of it was amazing but the pasta really was special. Perfect texture and the rigatoni held the sauce super well. All house made so you def can’t go wrong. Pizza was also off the charts and as a New Haven pizza regular I can happily recommend this joint to anyone who wants to try great pizza that’s not of the New Haven orientation. If you wana get something more neuvo grab the arancini with the nuja inside. I hadn’t seen that before and thought it was a great take on a classic. So yeah…go here.

We had a few apps the arancini, meatballs, ceasar salad, focaccia and the parpedelli pasta. Everything was cooked nicely. If you love parmesean you will love all the items dressed beautifully in a cloud of parmesean straight from Italy. The staff was great with their reccomendations and patience with us. It was an elevated expierence and I would reccomnd for a date night.

Came in for the opening, and it was humming like a well oiled machine. Great food, great people, and great place. I don’t have a bad thing to say about it. Wonderful time. Best bites were the Mushroom Pizza, cacio Pepe, eggplant rollatini, and the saltimbocca.
