   I don’t write reviews generally but this place deserves it! Food was delicious! Everything tasted amazing! Food was well seasoned, service was phenomenal! Our waiter Nick was both knowledgeable and fun! We did ”the treatment” and it did not disappoint! 10/10 would recommend!

   In town for a wedding and needed dinner for 5 on a Friday night- the only spots open were for the bar but I called and this is just the “bar area” with tables and hightops. I think it was nicer than the restaurant area because it was quieter and it was near open windows. The food was all super delicious although we had a new waitress and all the food came out at once instead of being staggered with salads first (or asking how we wanted it to come out). Overall a very delightful experience and I would recommend it to others.

   This was a first time visit for our group of 6. We all ordered different dishes and were impressed with the quality and flavors. I loved the seafood salad (a little too spicy for some). One diner raved about her shrimp and another loved her poke bowl. Drinks and desserts were great too. We will definitely be back.

   Enjoyed all of our food. Be aware that some of the dishes are spicier than you may expect and also that many items on the menu are Tapas sized portions. The Scallops were excellent, as was the Seafood Salad. The Seafood Salad was quite spicy.

   Fin & Fino exceeded expectations with prompt and timely service along with decent cocktails and food to build your own plan of attack... tapas style. The clear standout menu item was the grilled octopus, and there was oddly something special about the winter salad. One mild letdown was the tuna & salmon poke, but I built up too much hype around dish and it was still enjoyable without much of a sauce. Fin & Fino is a nice neighborhood gem that didn't appear to be much of a secret... I was just late to the party.

   Menu selection was a lot of fun and everything we tried was delicious. The tuna was exceptional. Cajun oysters very small but flavorful. Scallops were also very good !

    Excellent. Our server made us feel right at home. The entire staff was charming, easy going and friendly. The oysters were fantastic, the mussels out of this world and the tuna and salmon poke melt in your mouth. 10/10!

    Good experience here; brought out-of-town guests. Food is very good; tapas-style portions with seafood and oysters as the main draw. The wait staff is terrific but the bar needs help in getting drinks to the table in more prompt timeframe. First wave of our food arrived before the cocktails. It is easy to rack up a large bill, so care when/what ordering is essential.

    Always an amazing experience at Fin & Fino. We come here usually for The Treatment. How can you say “no” to a tasting menu that also donates money back to a non-profit. Each dish was enjoyed and it allowed us to try things we wouldn’t have ordered! The food and service was great!

    Small plates with seafood. We had scrumptious scallops atop some risotto, brown butter shrimp and snuck in a waygu filet. Everything was simply outstanding. The side accompanying the brown butter shrimp was so delicious that we asked for more bread and didn’t leave a drop. Our most surprisingly delicious dish was the furikake fries. Loved our meal.

    The Furikake Fries were a great beginning to meal with Waygu Flat Iron and Mushrooms. So, to those not really fish eaters, there are many delicious choices. To conclude meal and cleanse our palates we had White Coffee gelato, made in house. Wow! It was heavenly! Great service and lovely ambience, prior to attending Charlotte Symphony across the street. Perfect evening!

    This is THE place for seafood in Uptown, or maybe anywhere this side of Charleston. Oysters were neatly plated to reveal their origins and were same-day fresh. Scallop crudo expertly used Daikon for crunch and aguachile for heat, Octopus was a confit with a jalapeno creme fraiche, the tuna and salmon poke used pickled jalapeno and cucumber for texture. Everything was lick the plate city, and the wine list revealed a perfect complement for a very reasonable tab. RUN don't walk to this place, especially if you're attending a performance @ the Knight Theater. BRAVO!!

    It’s always delicious and fun at Fin and Fino. The four of us each got a small plate and shared some bread and french fries and a bottle of wine. It was plenty of food, and a nice neighborhood. Right across the street from a concert that we went to afterwards. The waiters are always so nice and sweet. They have a delicious carrot cake for dessert.

    My husband and I don’t get to go out to eat often and we were really excited to try Fin and Fino for the first time. Our server was very knowledgeable and friendly and did everything to ensure we had a great experience (and we did!)! The seafood was amazing and we found an awesome new bottle of wine to try. The restaurant itself is beautiful, we had fun watching the kitchen while we ate. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

    One of the best overall dining experiences I've had in a long time. We had a large group of 9 and ordered the Traveler experience which was basicly a multi course dinner that sampled many items in the menu. Food was selected by the server or chefs choice.     We used to love Fin & Fino but the food has definitely gone downhill in the last few years. Our service from Scott was incredible though! I just wish the food was as good as it used to be.
