I had the Milanese veal and saffron risotto - very average. Risotto lacked any flavour (tasted boiled and watery); gravy or sauce they poured over the entire dish was salty and an off putting brown. The veal itself was tender and juicy. They didnt have the Bomboloni (little donuts filled with cream) which was disappointing. I didnt care much for the St Germain cocktail - tasted like a flat mojito. The set-up is pretty - I liked it. The service was good. Food arrived promptly. Heating inside was nice. I had hoped for better here. Chef needs better training. Their pricing does not match what you're getting. Not good value for money. Way better Italian options in the city.

The main course was favourable but I would not put it at stellar. We had an appetizer that was some grilled bread with oil, but the key is “some” as the serving was laughable for the $5 GBP. Perhaps if you know what you are ordering with some experience, and consideration for your wallet put aside, you will find a better foodie experience. The greater entertainment was with the service. We had a bill given to our table before the meal was even served (it was for someone else). Then we watched as a bill given to another table was not for their table. When our bill showed up I found out that there were two sizes of wine glasses (I should have known) and the server automatically picked the larger serving rather than asking what we wanted. The front looks small but there is plenty of seating in the back of the restaurant. Lots of seating available while we were there. For us it summed up to being a place we have visited but won’t go back to.

Unfortunately, we encountered several issues with the service and food: - Portion Sizes: The portion sizes were notably small. - Timing: The meals for two guests in our party arrived only after everyone else had already finished eating and wrong order was delivered. - Service Oversight: We were not offered dessert menus, and our coffee order was forgotten.

Authentic Italian which is lovely inside and much bigger than you realise. Great for groups and the menu is simple, good portions and super tasty. Good wine choice too with a great cocktail thrown in as well. Very nice!

The location and setting are stunning once you step inside, but the food and service unfortunately fell far short of expectations. The front-of-house staff generally seemed under-trained, with only two team members appearing to know how to manage table service effectively. Service pacing was badly mismanaged: our main courses arrived before our starters and had to be sent back, yet no one acknowledged the mistake or apologized. When the starters did arrive, the arancini and carpaccio were beautifully presented, but completely lacked flavor. Worse still, when our main course returned, the pasta appeared to be the exact same dish from earlier simply reheated, it was soft, broken apart, and mushy. To cap off the night, the tiramisu was thoroughly disappointing and tasted worse than a basic supermarket dessert. A gorgeous venue, but the kitchen execution and staff training need serious improvement.

We had a great time at the restaurant. The atmosphere was very romantic with beautiful background music. It gave us jump when DJ suddenly played loud tune and made everyone jump. DJ could have introduced music slowly. Once sound was adjusted it was good. Food was good quality and served in a beautiful plates. The waiters need to learn menu and get a bit more knowledge on what is available in the bar and menu. Overall I would recommend and will visit again.

This restaurant has beautiful elegant interiors which makes it an elevated experience for a special meal. We went for an early dinner on a Tuesday. Unfortunately the music and ambiance fail to match. Upon arrival, very loud Italian music was playing, which made it hard to hear each other. In addition to this, the person at the front desk took the DJ position at a certain point and sounded the DJ air horn several times, changing the music and making everyone in the room feel uncomfortable to the point where we thought it was a fire alarm…completely unexpected and inappropriate interruption.

Unfortunately food was not up to scratch, whilst they have gone full out on the decor the food did not match the price. Ingredients are not fresh and not authentic Italian. The service was also pretty bad, starters came before drinks, was hard to get anyone's attention yet they put a whopping service charge on the bill. There was also a girl who clearly worked at the restaurant constantly filming for social media content, personally I find this an invasion of privacy when you’re trying to have a nice meal with friends. She also didn’t ask if we minded being in the video and the phone was constantly pointed in our direction.
