Many thanks to the staff at Fire for a super night; Food and service was excellent as always.
Had such a fabulous time here on Monday evening. Conducive to relaxing in a beautiful environment attentive service and scrumptious food
Amazing prawns and chorizo. 5 stars. Incredible steak. Cauliflower and cheese. All extremely calorific but really really great. A little bit on the expensive side. €42 for a fairly regular bottle of wine. No dessert or coffee. €145 for 2 ; quiet table in area at front facing on to the street. Suited us.
We had a great night at Fire. The food and wine were excellent and our waitress was very professional and friendly.
Great buzz in the restaurant, very busy. staff very friendly, food was lovely.. my only complaint was a member of staff poured water into my mother's glass of beer, apologised but never offered her a new drink. The glass was half full of beer, not almost empty.
My main issue was we had a reservation which was not honored until 45 minutes later. [should have provided a drink on the house- for this but nothing but a couple apologies-- and they did not keep us informed on our own we had to keep asking.] We all were catching early morning flights and the delay was a not welcome. We ended up having our main course served two hours after the reservation time. Why bother with a reservation. Realize we were a large group but poor planning. BUT the food was very good. Group reported steak was excellent desserts were also excellent...
Lovely meal and great service. Nice bar waiting area before you are seated at your table. Reasonable price.
Was celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary & Staff at Fire were accommodating from start to finish, superb decor & food was amazing!!!!
The starters and dessert were really lovely. The main was average. Mash potatoes were dry. The service once we got upstairs was appalling. The first time I can remember when o left a restaurant without leaving a tip. Despite being seated right next to the servers station, where various servers and floor managers gathered throughout the evening, we were pretty much ignored for most of the meal. Our plates were left at our table so long after our starters and mains that I cleared and stacked them myself and left them at the side of the table. It was still another five minutes or more before they were removed. Not once did someone come to top up our wine or water glasses, and eventually I had to call someone over to ask for more water.
Very disappointing service, we had gone to check it out before booking for our sons graduation party - we’ll be booking somewhere else for that.
Beautiful place, nice staff. Food not special. In my opinion barfood for restaurant prices.
Good restaurant and food, although a limited menu, was very tasty. Our only complaint was the amount of time waiting for our table, we booked for 9pm, arrived at 8.40 but were not seated at our table unit 9.55pm. I can understand this would suit groups of people happy with enjoying a few drinks in the ground floor bar, but a little annoying when you haven't eaten in hours! Another disappointment was both our table (we were sat at a table obviously just vacated, which was dirty and had to be wiped clean while we sat) and its location. We were not in the main restaurant but in a side area to the front where there was little atmosphere.
Fabulous as always x
Excellence throughout. From the moment you arrive at Fire Mansion House Dublin, you are transported to a new world. From the immediate visuals of such a stunning setting, to the team members and decor, the amazingly tantalizing dishes and marvellous array of cocktails, all wrapped up with excellent service and value for money, you are sure to be impressed and have an amazing experience.
Excellent for a special occasion. The food is very good, but the prices are a little higher; you're clearly paying for the location.
Looking after a group of 20 people in restaurant environment is not easy, however the staff and management made it look so. From the time the group started arriving we were pampered at the bar with cocktails and then invited to the dinning room. Well done to all involved as well as kitchen staff, there was a variety of meals ordered and all without exception were excellent. Cheers!!!
Absolutely amazing place to eat. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Dublin
Lovely food, surroundings and staff, catered for our child's allergies very well. Overall great dining experience
We arrived early for our 6 O clock booking, which wasn't a problem for our very friendly staff which were very attentive throughout our meal. Will be back.
Unfortunately we were really unhappy with the service on Sunday 1st of April 2018. We waited ages to give our order. The starter plates hadn't been cleared when our mains arrived. We asked for water and tooth picks three times before they arrived. It took ages for anyone to come clear the table after the main course, then when we eventually got to order dessert the wrong thing was brought out.
my steak was under done, my dates was perfect. ajsdhlajhsdlkfajhsd
Wonderful warm atmosphere with a great welcome and terrific food, will definitely be going back!
Sunday Roast was amazing. Loved the beef. Gorgeous. So much food. Walked out stuffed. The stuffing is tasty but think the pastry is superfluous. Go with yorkshire pudding instead
We had a brilliant night. It was expensive but worth every penny. The food was amazing staff were friendly. I couldn't ask for more.
Excellent as always. Great Service and Great Food.
Food very disappointing. Salads and bread were not fresh. Pasta over cooked and very dry. Steak was good. Mousse was too heavy and not enjoyable. We left dissatisfied and felt it was very poor value for money. Overall impression of restaurant was style over substance.
Wonderful cocktails, lovely staff, and the food did not disappoint.
Had a very pleasant evening in Fire.
Food and service were excellent.would definetly call again and have no hesitatation in recommending Fire to to friends.
As good as it gets really, like a good meal with enough food to satisfy my appetite.
Excellent service and food. Our waiter Michael was great very personable and friendly. Will recommend to everyone.
Booked for sisters 60 th birthday
Fab pre dinner cocktails
Food was very good and I was pleased that my sisters dessert had a lit candle and a message written in chocolate in the plate . She loved it
Only draw back was the price of the prosecco . At €45 I thought it was steep
Best steak I've had in a long time! Would highly recommend Fire for large groups, cocktails and atmosphere!
Worst dining experience in a long time. From the rude welcome on entering the place, to the poor service. The food was mediocre and bland. For the price paid it was insulting to be served those meals. My advice, avoid this place unless you want to throw away money and leave dissatisfied.
Excellent food and service to match. Steaks were cooked to perfection.
The staff were extremely pleasant and welcoming. The building itself is very impressive. Really great atmosphere.. .I highly recommend it for a special occasion or just a treat!...super service and attentive without being intrusive. All round excellent!!
We had dinner here on Saturday. A group of five. While the restaurant itself is lovely and the staff were very welcoming and friendly it was one of the poorest meals I've eaten in a long time. Most of us had fish cakes to start amd they were tasteless. I had the sirloin steak for main and it was very tough and stone cold. Other dishes at the table were cold too. Not the quality of food you expect for how expensive it is. unfortunately I don't think I could recommend it to anyone
Food was fabulous and the pre theatre menu had plenty of choice. Brilliant value
Fire is the go to restaurant for a special occasion. The staff from door to restaurant are so welcoming. They make a birthday celebration special.
It was our THIRD ATTEMPT to get “SUNDAY ROAST “ ! And told yet AGAIN roast is finished! On booking our table we booked for SUNDAY ROAST! Does it actually exist???? Our waitress and all the staff we dealt with were EXCELLENT and VERY PROFESSIONAL .
We were presented with an alternative Sunday menus we ordered what we received was the equivalent of an M&S dine in special! The only thing we enjoyed was our cheese board and wine !!! VERY DISAPPOINTED 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡🤬😡🤬
Huge tables for families and groups. It felt as though couples were an after thought. We were put on a pillar with 3 big tables of groups around. Not the place for romance or a couples date night. The promised Sunday Roast was not available to 9pm as advertised. The food we did have was good quality. The wine list on the expensive side. I would recommend for a group outing.
