   Clearly understand the levels of cooking from your waiter. Different from most high-end steak houses at which we've dined. I would recommend NOT using Thyme in the marinating process. Drowns out the natural beef flavor.

   Lovely waiter, really good food. Rating of service would have been higher if our food had arrived at the same time. Now my husband had to wait 5-7 min longer than I and our son.

   Gorgeous setting for a special occasion meal. Food was delicious. The watercress and wild garlic soup being a winner for me. Nice to have two vegetarian options on the main menu and in the starters. Not used to having any options to choose from when it comes to European style dining. My meat eating husband very much enjoyed the signature steak. Quite a noticeable wine mark up but that's expected in restaurants.

    The service at this restaurant was impeccable! I’d like to give the food 4.7. Everything was delicious, but our Porterhouse was well done on the Ny strip side and medium rare on the filet side. My only critique is if you’re serving steak, It shouldn’t need sauce at all. It should be delicious standing on its own. This steak needed the sauce. Not very well seasoned. Otherwise amazing food!

    A must when in Dublin! Absolutely fantastic place to have a nice dinner. Not the cheapest, but one of the best stakehouses in the country. Thoroughly recommend the meat combination! Rib eye for the win.

    This is a excellent Steakhouse and the food is delicious. My wife and I celebrated her Birthday and the Filet Mignon was cooked to perfection she had the 6oz. & I had the 8oz. Aged. Leo our waiter was very personable and did a fantastic job making us feel welcome. If in Dublin and looking for a great place to eat we highly recommend this Steakhouse. Enjoy!!!

    Was lovely really nice for my friend birthday celebrations her fish was abit salty but other than that it was just beautiful. All was amazing really! We like how attentive they are and that there is plenty of servers around.

    The service was excellent, great staff, restaurant was fairly quiet, it was 5pm on a Monday. The wine and food were excellent, especially the chips with the great steaks and I loved the rock oysters with the various additions. Strong wine list starting at reasonable prices and overall very good value for an early-bird. We are already discussing when we will go back

    A poor experience from start to finish, would not recommend. Rubbish on and under table on arrival, over cooked steak with resulted in our party eating separately and side dishes being cold.

    A fantastic evening. The dinner was everything you would expect from a restaurant like FIRE. The beef was just perfect cooked and we thought the prawns were amazing. The staff were very attentive and helpful at all times. We will definitely be back again.

    First time experience of this wonderful restaurant. Enjoyed thoroughly. One minor issue and not overly significant. We misjudged the size of the delicious side orders. We would have had sufficient with half the amount. Will know next time.

    Greeting at the door was passive aggressive, as I sat down I was asked what I wanted to order food wise, maybe 1 min after sitting down. I got the impression that my time was limited, We ordered starters and mains, the starter was tasteless and not to my liking. For mains we ordered 3 steaks all meant to be cooked Medium, they arrived in various levels of cooking form Medum Rare, Medium and Medium Well. As I was enjoying a Irish Coffee which was half decent, I was presented with the bill and asked to leave. Totally overrated restaurant and poor service and so so food..
