The server was terrible. We made reservations early so that we wouldn’t get stuck in the rush of dinner. She was still very slow. 20 mins to bring a glass of wine (not the bars fault she seemed to have forgotten). She brought bread that seemed to need more time cooking it was pale white and gummy. Took her a long time to bring the food (both steak plates) they were no longer hot. There was a surprise bone in the filet mignon which made me butcher the piece trying to figure out why I couldn’t cut it and it was in a weird hidden place. The manager replaced it and the 2nd piece which the mgr brought out was actually hot. I asked for the check early because I figured it would take a while. It took 10-15 mins for her to bring the check but then I had to flag down the manager because it was 30 mins of sitting there after that and the server still didn’t stop by to pick up the check. This was my 2nd time there and the service was terrible both times. The first time was Sunday late lunch.

Always love Firebirds for a great meal at a great value !!! Service was great and always happy to be able to carry on a conversion over dinner !! 1/2 price drink options were a really nice treat !!

The food was okay. Portion were average size. The service was terrible. After ordering drinks we waiting 15 minutes to receive them. Our dinners were slow to arrive and after the plates were just put down our server appeared to ask how everything was tasting - we had not even picked up a fork yet. Not everyone had finished eating and the server was clearing our plates and seemingly rushing us even though there was no one waiting for table. Then she disappears and we wait forever to find her to bring our checks. Seems as if staff isn’t trained anymore on how to wait a table - it is a dying art.

It was great service. I received a call from the manager earlier in the day to confirm plans. The set up in the secluded room was great - so we had our own space.
