I took my son for his birthday dinner. They had a Happy Birthday sign on the table. Our waiters, Patrick and Ryan (trainee) were very friendly and professional. They were just the right degree of attentive, not over bearing. The food was excellent. We had the brussels sprouts (of course). My son had the filet and I had chilean sea bass. Jake, who I assumed was the manager on duty, came over to talk to us as my son had asked about a sauce they used to have. They didn't have it but he brought another one out for us to taste and said with 24 hr notice they could make the one he had asked about. We got a free dessert because they were out of the truffles they usually provide for birthday dinners. The restaurant was nearly full but the noise level was very low. It was a lovely evening, one of the nicest restaurant experiences I have has recently.

I visited Fleming’s on Saturday for a birthday dinner, and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. We were seated quickly, and our reserved table had a birthday title card waiting for us, which was a thoughtful touch. Patrick and his protégé, Ryan, took great care of us throughout the evening. They were warm, attentive, and helped guide us through an amazing dining experience. The seafood tower was delicious, the prime-aged ribeye was excellent, and the Fleming’s potatoes were a perfect addition. To top it all off, they surprised us with champagne and chocolate to end the night. If I come back again, I would definitely ask for Patrick and Ryan as our waiters. They made the birthday dinner feel special and memorable.

Wow, this was our 32 wedding anniversary and our waiter Tyler took us on a fantastic journey of the menu from start to finish. My husband had a manhattan and I had the Rombauer Chardonnay, which was buttery and smooth. The Crab cakes and lobster bisque were exceptional. We had the sea bass and salmon and both were very fresh. Thank you Fleming for making it a great experience.

The food was really good, but the service was definitely not exceptional. We had to wait 30 minutes for our reserve table because they did not have enough servers on Staff. We went to the bar and waited almost 30 minutes to get a drink. The service was sloppy and they spilled wine and water on the table and everything seemed very rushed.

This was our first time as a couple going to Fleming's. I've wanted to take my wife there on a date for a long time. I should have done it months ago. We were welcomed promptly by the front staff. We had reservations so we were seated immediately. Moments later, our server Frankie was on the case and we had bread on the table very shortly thereafter. The atmosphere at Flemings is high-class and fitting of an establishment of its caliber. We had the Sea Bass and their "Main" Filet Mignon with sides to share (asparagus and mashed potatoes). Everything from the bread and wine to the entrees and the dessert (a chocolate brownie that was delightful) was perfect. Highly recommended - dress up a little and take your sweetheart to Flemings. You'll have a great time.
