We did it enjoy it. Philly Fogo much more professional. We didn't order the 8 dollar bottle of water but got it, we seemed to get the cheap meets our way and never saw our waiter after ordering. Just bad all around and waiter was very unsure about what was gluten free and we never should have trusted him. We paid for it

This was my anniversary dinner with my husband. Unfortunately, it fell short. I’m not sure if the hostess realized, but were seated at a table that seemed to be incomplete, and the tablecloth had a red stain on it that looks like somebody didn’t change the tablecloth the previous diner. We ordered a bottle of wine, and I watched the wine captain walk around the restaurant with our bottle, but could not serve it because they were no wine glasses. We probably had to wait 15-20 minutes for our wine could be poured. Our dinner was almost over before the wine was able to be served. Also, upon request, I did inform everyone who walked by that I was looking for rare or medium-rare meat, while my card was flipped over, I did not get served until about 15 minutes later. I had also requested lamb chops on a couple of occasions, when they finally came out, they were very dry and well done. Not the best anniversary experience.

Our table was skipped multiple times for being offered any of the meats. Had to request the waitstaff to have food brought to us. Spent more time waiting than actually eating. If anyone comes to your table with a “specialty drink” to TRY… it will be on your bill. Strawberry- hibiscus drink was so thick and over poured I couldn’t even drink it let alone through the straw. Was asked about “No child left hungry donation cards. It was explained that if we bought 10 card for $50 we could use all 10 and receive $250 off our next visit, 3 free desserts, and no exceptions. Read the fine print after we bought the cards and only on card can be used during a limited time frame. The GM came over and offered the terms in writing. Walked out with a card that said to make the reservation through the GM but nothing else. When paying over $400 for 4 people, I would expect more.

I’m waiting for too long for the steak coming alone and also I js got only picana steak. That’s all for the deal 40$. I know they have pork and chicken but I was not come to Fogo to eat pork and lamb.

We initially dined for the $39/plate special. When we arrived at the table the waiter explained that the $39 special did not include lamb and steak. Thats the catch! So be careful when asking for the $39 special. That’s the reason we dined. We changed our mind and selected the full dinner dining experience for $66. Meat service was super slow. We had our cards flipped over and barely received anything. We had to request food. I think we had beef sirloin twice, the rest was chicken and pork. I asked 2 waiters for lamb chops. Nothing! I finally asked a manager for lamb chops!m thinking they could help. I told manager I’d like them medium well. When I returned to my table the lamb chops were well done. I could barely chew them. We asked a different waiter including ours for lamb. This time I asked for medium lamb chops because medium well looked well done. We didn’t receive anything. By 7:45pm we gave up and decided to get the check. We’d been there for almost 2 hours and barely ate except for the salad bar options. I assumed if we upgraded the experience then we would get what we desired. Even after agreeing to a $10 feed the children donation we still didn’t get the lamb chops we were practically begging for. This has been the 3rd time we’ve dined at this location and the food service was terrible. It’s so loud inside you have to yell just to let the waiters and servers know what you need. This location has really went down hill. We settled for this location because Towson doesn’t open until 9/2. I can assure that we will never go back to the Pratt St location ever again. That was really the final straw.
