A really wonderful dining experience. I always have to remind myself not to splurge at the salad and vegetable bar. There was a large group of business men in the next dining room who were rather loud, but the establishment can’t really be blamed for that. Otherwise the only criticism was that the mashed potatoes were room temp. Not much of a criticism.

We were sat by window and we sat for a while waiting for the meat to come to our table. The person who we thought was our server never really checked on us. When we would see meat servers they either didn’t walk towards us or would run out of meat and never made it to us. The only saving grace was the young man who seemed to be bussing as he filled out water and cleared our plates. He asked how things were going. When we told him that no meat was coming to our table, he said he would send them over. Later he checked to make sure we were getting food. If he were the person serving us the entire time I think our entire experience could have been a great one. He was attentive and I am sure he would have made sure our table was not missed. I hope the tip is shared because the other girl who took our drink orders and menus was non existent. We only gave a decent tip in hopes it’s shared amongst the staff. There seemed to be a manager walking around like he was making sure things were okay but he never glanced in our direction which says he was not doing a good job checking on the patrons. If he saw us, it was obvious we getting restless. I am sure the table next to ours that was also by window had the same experience.

I have been here many times and honestly the service is consistently poor. This was the first time we came for brunch. My sister ordered the meats and salad bar and I ordered the salad bar only because I am not a steak person. First, it took quite awhile before anyone came to the omelet station to take my order. Second, I was hoping to have an egg white omelette because of the unnecessary cholesterol. I was told that egg whites weren’t gonna happen because the eggs were already mixed and prepared. Not sure why it’s so difficult to crack new eggs and separate the whites? Especially since this was going to be my protein for that meal.

Valet was not to be found, we had to pay $25 for parking. The waiter did not refill our drinks or side dishes. The market table ran out of kiwi. Not the best Fogo I’ve been to.

Meat was almost all over cooked and dry. Salad bar was decent, but well below Texas de Brazil's quality and variety. Very very expensive for the quality of food and service. After one course we asked for fresh cutlery and the server actually got annoyed.

love coming to Fogo... but, this time the whole meal was very meh... the cheese breads, polenta, etc. were all served cold; the meat selection was very limited (it seemed, that the only 2 servers they had only served faldinha or bacon wrapped steak); the wait staff was a bit inattentive: had to flag down to get a glass of wine, clear the used plates, and pay.

This place has completely gone downhill in recent years. Same cheaper cuts of meat continuously come out. You have to request the prime cuts and they say they will be right out but only offered our table one serving. I recommend finding another place to eat. Too many good options around and unfortunately this is no longer one of them.

Somos clientes asiduos de varias sucursales de Fogo y siempre nos ha gustado mucho la comida y el servicio. En esta ocasión el servicio no estuvo tan bien como esperábamos, hablamos con la Gerente Santa y todo cambió, ella se encargó de que todo estuviera mejor, todos muy pendientes y nos dio de cortesía un postre y bebidas. Wasn't sure what to expect but a fun, go with a group, kind of place. Sides and salads are buffet style and main offering is a prix fixe where the servers bring expertly cooked cuts of meat (varieties of beef mostly with some pork and chicken) to slice at table. Drinks were excellent with a nice cocktail and wine list skewing S. American as expected. It was a bit chaotic checking in but hosts were great at moving people through into seating. Although busy, I didn't feel pressured as if turning the table was a priority. Ambience was super energetic and a bit loud but it worked.

We were there for lunch and enjoyed it very much. The salad bar was excellent. The other servers were ok but maybe could use a bit of training. They were making an effort which I appreciated. The hostess seemed to have an attitude with the other servers and I did not appreciate having to witness her behavior over lunch.

Service, food and the atmosphere was amazing! Only downfall was parking wasn’t easy to figure out. I paid 40.00 to self park, later I found out it would have been cheaper to valet. My father was given a free dessert for his birthday, which was extremely thoughtful. Only suggestion I would make is, the scraps that people take but don’t eat, instead of throwing away, donate them to an animal shelter. I’m sure volunteers would gladly pick it up and feed hungry animals with it.

The temperature in the restaurant was very elevated (it was hot outside)…we indicated on our reservation and to our waitress that it was my twins’ 18th birthday, but there was no acknowledgment of that.

We went to FdC for a birthday dinner tonight. The experience will not be repeated. 1) We tried to get more bread/gourgieres, but they never came. 2) There were annoying attempts to upcharge and order a seafood tower or separate steak. Despite our saying no, it was brought up again twice. 3) I could tell that the raw ingredients started as high quality. But what was served was profoundly overcooked. Despite four people asking for rarer meat, it never appeared. Instead, the server insisted that the beef was rare. I have never been told that I am clueless about cooking meat. Worse, many of the cuts are naturally low in fat and suffers immeasurably when well done. 4) The host made us feel like unwelcome guests when I asked for a different table. She wanted to seat us in a part of the restaurant, which was empty. Also, the sun would be shining into at least three people’s eyes. Her response was- “we have a system, and many of these tables have been saved for other guests.” If one of my employees acted in this fashion, they would have been counseled extensively and an apology given to the customer. The other stuff, such as shriveled cooked veggies in the buffet, the person replenishing the cold cuts with her bare hands, shall go without further comment. Well, once we got out of there, we had excellent Ben and Jerry’s ice cream sundaes made at home, opening presents, and expressing appreciation for our tremendous amount of love.

Our family loves Fogo de chao and we have been to multiple locations and states. But our experience in Boston is not as good as in other states. Meat was well done and taste like it was cooked for hours. We asked for the lamb and it came to us 1 time only. Staffs were short. My teen aged son said he will not go back to Boston .. he was disappointed. And it was even our anniversary… I’m sorry but it was not good.

When in for a late evening reservation. Was not too busy, which allowed us to navigate perfectly. Thought it was not busy, we could tell the food was fresh as it was sizzling as they were cutting it off the posts. We came here for a birthday celebration and our server and the floor manager was very attentive. they were able to accommodate request to have our table away from the middle of the floor so that way we had a quiet evening.

There is no seasoning to the meats. The place lacks energy. It seemed tired.
