Parking is plentiful but there are three connected are make sure to go to the correct one. Also pay before you go out you can't pay at the gate. Sometimes a coupon doesn't work. It was quite a walk to the restaurant greedy by nice people and servers. Unfortunately the AC wasn't working very well and we were sweating the entire time. Even the server was sweat coming off his forehead. This made everything uncomfortable and wanting us to leave as soon as possible. The food was good but not amazing.

The meat server was extremely friendly and provided excellent service. Unfortunately, our waitress was the complete opposite. She was very unfriendly, made sarcastic jokes when we simply asked for more salt, and took an unreasonable amount of time to attend to our table. The experience was so disappointing that we eventually had to ask the manager to assign us a different server. While we appreciated the friendliness of the meat server, the overall dining experience was negatively affected by the poor service from our waitress.

Our family of 6 that visits Fogo de Chão on a regular basis where we live.It took over 20 minutes for the mashed potatoes and fried bananas to come to our table. We waited over 30 minutes for refills of our drinks. Our water was never refilled the entire time.There was no filet the entire night.The servers consistantly came out with small portions on the skewers as though there was a shortage of meat or pieces were being used from other plates.the skewers were not being cleaned properly I could taste Lamb on my sirloin and I never had any lamb I dont like lamb.i tasted pork on my beef and i didnt order anything eith pork. The cheese and honey was dry. We were constantly asking for service.We ordered the steak entree for one family member because she lost her appetite. The entree was not given until we paid the check. We left hungry frustrated and didn't check our to go bag but when we arrived to the hotel and looked. It was 2 slices of meat from the skewer and the temp requested was medium and we received well over done not even seasoned.our bill was $501 and we were extremely dissatisfied with the service and the food. This team needs to go to Philadelphia to train or any other major city. This team is damaging the Fogo de Chão brand and should not be permitted to continue operating with these low standards. The bathroom was not kept clean and this we checked 3 times during our 3 hour stay. The app would not allow the bathroom photos to be uploaded.

High valué for not so good food and options. It decreased in terms of quality. Some years ago the full experience use to be very good. Actually is poor including the salad buffet.

Getting to the restaurant all dressed up and in heels was already an experience, as we had to walk quite a distance over pebble stone pavement. The restaurant is located upstairs, so we took the elevator. When we arrived, no one was at the front desk. Someone finally came out about five minutes later and told us they would get our table ready. Once we were seated, our server came over, introduced herself, and explained the different dining experiences. We went to the buffet to get our sides, and the servers began bringing out the meats about 10 minutes later. Unfortunately, my mashed potatoes didn’t arrive until about 30 minutes later. We also never received any filet mignon, ribeye, or chicken. The lamb was good, and the spicy steak was also enjoyable. Our server was missing in action for quite some time, and we eventually had to ask another server to refill our water. When it was time to pay, the bill took a while to come. Our server then asked how much tip we wanted to leave before she ran our card. I told her that I preferred to add the tip after my card was processed. She said it would be complicated that way, and I told her that was fine and that I would handle the tip afterward. The process continued to take a while, and then she walked away and began packing up her meal since the restaurant was closing. It appeared that employees were allowed to take leftover food, but the issue was that she left without returning our cards. At that point, I asked to speak with a manager, and he came over and took care of the bills for us. I also paid $12 for a drink that I didn’t like. The drink was recommended by our server, but she did not mention that it contained alcohol. Overall, the service was not good, and the food was just okay. The side bar was also quite small, and considering the overall experience and price, I expected much. This is one of my favorite go yo places in Texas but this experience in Puerto Rico was not what I’m used to.
