I’m not one to be writing negative experience reviews but tonight (10.20.26) was a disappointing evening with the quality of service. To begin with it took about almost 15 minutes for anybody to approach our table and begin our order. Within the first 35-40 minutes of the dining experience we had about 6 different cuts of meat approach the table so not the usual consistency we’ve experienced at other locations. I ordered a cocktail and that didn’t arrive until an hour after ordering it and we didn’t even get water until then as well. Although we requested just house water we got bottled water instead which we figured was complimentary until we saw we still got charged for both the water and cocktail despite it taking an hour. Our waitress was kind enough to remove both after we requested it. Lastly but what made the experience even more disappointing was that I made on the notes I was there to celebrate my 43rd birthday and that wasn’t even acknowledged nor any sort of birthday dessert offered. It was only offered after the fact but once a dinner experience feels ruined you just don’t have the appetite for it any longer. The food was amazing as always but not enough to make up for a disappointing 43rd birthday celebration. This won’t deter me from retuning to your amazing establishment but most likely not to this location again.

They were about 15 minutes getting us in even after I had made a reservation. The server we had was not very attentive. We had our food before we had our drinks and she was slow bringing my credit card back. Over all it was an OK experience. B+. We would definitely go again.

I came here with my party to celebrate a birthday, and unfortunately, I left disappointed. The whole purpose of our visit was to surprise the birthday guest with a cake, but the cake was never brought to the table. It was honestly a little embarrassing because everyone was expecting that special moment. After we finished our meal, our waiter was nowhere to be found, and we eventually had to leave without the birthday surprise happening. Our waiter was a very nice gentleman, but I was disappointed with the overall experience. The food and dinner were only part of the occasion. The main reason we came was to celebrate a birthday, and unfortunately, that special moment was missed. I expected better communication and attention to detail, especially for a birthday celebration.

Me encantó mucho la comida, como también el servicio de De los meseros, pero lo único que no me gustó es que los gauchos se tardaban mucho con la carne. Tuvimos que esperar una hora para que puedan darnos carne. Well done. Había muchos los de mi Party que estaban de hambre y tuvieron que esperar una hora. Hablé con una manager mujer y me dijo que ella se encargaría, pero los gauchos seguían sin llegar con carne well done Entonces me tomé el atrevimiento de hablar con uno de los meseros que se llama Alexis y llamó al manager llamado Edgar, desde que llegó el manager y me preguntó qué es lo que estaba pasando en mi mesa. Él me dijo que no me preocupara que llamaría todos los gauchos y gracias a él. Mi party empezó a mejorar después de lo demás, pero los cauchos deberían tener un poquito más de cuidado al pasar la carne porque mancharon de sangre. El traje de mi esposo vi que después que el manager Edgar los llamó los gauchos hombres tuvieron un poquito de actitud con la mesa fueron un poco torpes al pasar la carne el mesero Alexis estuvo presente todo el tiempo en mi Party de 17 personas Que estaba celebrando mi boda el 10 de octubre un día sábado a las 2:30. Sólo puedo decir que la carne estuvo muy rica y también la atención del manager estuvo lindo como también loseseros fueeonuy atentos. Gracias

We had two members of our party that we were doing only one meet and they had to wait forever for their selections. Lots of staff walking by and asking us if everything was OK but when you would tell them nothing would get resolved and it took about 20 minutes for them to get their meat. Father, we also ordered dessert and it was a tres leches that we were going to share in about 15 minutes later the staff came and told us that they had run out. At 6 PM.! Overall could’ve been better
