Food was mediocre at best, tourist trap and very disappointing! i rarely post a negative review but they deserve it. Mike our waiter was great, only good part of the experience. my niece and i ordered several things, tuna, coconut shrimp, caesar salad, oysters, filet mignon steak was decent but hard to screw that up. my niece was a huge fan of this Chef from TV show but clearly poorly executed and only his place by name.

We went in for Blais Days this past weekend, where Richard Blais comes in and interacts with guests. He immediately greeted us at the front door. The interaction was so genuine and fun. We took a picture with him, then sat at our table. We were sat immediately in front of the kitchen (ideal seat for Blais Days) and after being greeted by our server and ordering drinks, Chef Blais pokes his head through the plant right next to our table so surprise us. He seems like such a real, down to earth guy and it was such an awesome experience. Of course the food was phenomenal as always. We had the crab cakes, pork belly, brussels sprouts, and shrimp pasta. My favorite was the pork belly by far. It was served with a pineapple glaze and a jalapeno chimmichurri. The combination has my mouth watering as I write this review. Overall, this was probably the best experience ive ever had at a restaurant and I will be sure to make a reservation for the next time Chef Blais is in town!

Lovely restaurant with delicious food. I had the chicken dish which was served with rice and the desserts are excellent too. Service is very attentive but discreet, not in your face - Mike was our server and he’s very knowledgeable about the menu. We’ve been coming here since it opened, when we visit from Scotland. Here’s to the next time…

Our 3rd time dining here within a year as our family of 4 has been back to specifically stay at the resort property where this restaurant is located. Our experience this time was no different than the other times - friendly staff, good service that did not feel rushed and food which clearly consisted of fresh, high quality ingredients. Restaurant buildout and decor is fun and inviting. Prices are what one can expect for a resort restaurant in a city such as Orlando - on the higher side but again, to be expected.

Overall we were disappointed with the dining experience, given the price and this being a Richard Blais restaurant. While the food was tasty, it was served mildly warm. Great menu items, but execution was less than stellar.

Food was absolutely amazing! Ambiance had the best vibes and decor was stunning. We started with the Foam & Feathers drink which was delicious! Perfectly balanced. Highly recommend the grouper dish and shrimp pasta. Both were fantastic and the perfect portions. Don’t skip on dessert either, the baked florida and pannacotta were insane. Both so delicious. Can’t wait to return to try more! Perfect for a birthday celebration! The service was also amazing. Marc was our server and took very great care of us!

We made a reservation for 8:00pm but waited 20 mins for the host to “find us a table”.. what’s the point of a reservation? The food was okay. Had to flag down our server multiple times to ask for water refills and by the time we were ready for the bill, we had to ask someone different because we couldn’t find our server for about 10 mins. Would not come back, the food was good but not worth the bad service.
