attended with our two grandchildren and one had a children’s pizza which was very good while the other had the parmigiana which was huge and gave it his best effort to try to eat it all. i had the spaghetti marinara and will go back for this again as was very good. My wife enjoyed the barramundi. Service was friendly and efficient so overall a very enjoyable dinner

If you want to be able to hear yourself think, and want a nice outdoor table to do it, don't book the undercover area. It's mostly enclosed. Other than that - excellent! I will be back and happy to recommend.

We’ve been here a few times now and have always loved the food, service and overall vibe. It was an easy choice for our Father’s Day dinner, and once again, it didn’t disappoint! We ordered a variety of dishes and everything was beautifully presented, fresh and absolutely delicious. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and the atmosphere made it a lovely place to celebrate a special occasion. Highly recommend if you’re looking for somewhere to celebrate a special night or simply enjoy a relaxed weekend dinner. We’ll definitely be back!

We booked for 6pm to have dinner on a Saturday night, the restaurant was not overly busy but we waited 20-25 mins to get our food and drinks order taken. Food came out pretty fast after this and was good so we were planning to order dessert. At about 6:50, we were approached by a waiter who told us that the table is booked again for 7pm and we need to go and pay the bill. At this time we had clearly not finished our drinks and there were several other open tables for which this new party could be sat, or we could have been moved. We said okay and tried to quickly finish our drinks but were confused as to why we would only be given 1 hour for our booking, especially when the service was so slow. The waiter returned only a few minutes later very irritated and said “the new people are here now so you need to leave so we can turn over the table right now”. We went to pay the bill and of course, no other table of 2 were waiting there. After leaving, I checked the booking confirmation to see how long each booking was held for, and it clearly states “Table will be reserved for 1 hour 30 minutes for parties of up to 2”, so why we were asked to leave after less than one hour confuses me. As a hospitality worker myself, I can understand the pressure of turning over tables during a busy shift, however I cannot empathise with these waiters as we were not granted the minimum serving time, and no effort was made to accommodate us even though we had booked the table originally. I can understand if we were a walk-in and needed to have cleared the table by a certain time, however this simply was not the case. Additionally, the host could have informed us of the double-booking in advance so we knew to be faster, however without this, and the 20+ minute wait for service simply ruined our experience. We had also noticed another table in our section be moved to accommodate a later booking, it’s just a shame that this is a common occurrence and we were treated poorly at Franco and Co
