   Been to Frankie’s a few times. Usually excellent all around. Tonight’s experience was different. Everything was SLOW. The server was scattered, food delivery times were way too long. We had to request our beverages be refilled several times. Finally grabbed a water pitcher myself and refilled our water glasses. It just took a long time to be greeted, to be served drinks, each dinner course, the check….to the point of frustration. Manager never came over to the table. Food was delicious as usual. May be awhile before we’re back.

   Birthday dinner for a friend. The food was great, Frankie’s never disappoints in this area. Our waiter very seldom checked on us and seemed annoyed if asked for anything. I never mind the pricing unless the service is poor.

   We came to Frankie’s to celebrate my mom’s birthday last night. I can’t begin to explain how amazing this experience was for us. From the hostess seating us to the service to the delicious food—if I could give ten stars I would! We had a couple of servers/server assistants come to our table, but our server Heather was absolutely phenomenal. Everyone was great—but she made our time there extra special. I haven’t experienced that type of service in a long time. It was nice to know that level of service still exists. I am well traveled and have been to many restaurants, but I would say that so far Frankie’s is in my top ten favorite restaurants now. Don’t hesitate to book! You will NOT be disappointed! Thank you for creating an exceptional dining experience for me and my family!

    Very good food overall. If steak temp isn't correct they will fix it. A little crowded and loud, even on a Monday night. Servers are very busy and it take a little longer than expected to get service, drinks, food, etc. Overall I think it is a bit overpriced. But good for very special and rare occasions.

    Fantastic restaurant and unbelievable customer service!! I believe the GM was the one I had the interaction with..I did not get his name…BUT WOW!! What an amazing guy!! He could not do enough for us!! He wrote the book on class and customer service…he is a rare breed!! Frankie’s better hold on to this guy!! The wait staff and our waiter was amazing!! Can’t wait to come back and dine at Frankie’s…Love the staff and this place!!

    First time there. Was initially sat in the lane of the wait staff but our waiter was kind enough to move us. Seems like a lot of people go there to celebrate special occasions. It was lovely/loud. Some areas were more dimly lit than others. The food was delicious. I had the seafood trio of lobster, scallops, and Chilean sea bass. The fried lobster was yummy. The mashed potatoes were too thin for my taste not thick and creamy almost kind of soupy. The basil corn, fried lobster and fudge cake were yummy. Some cocktails were overly sweet. Our main waitperson was good but rushing and missed parts of our order. The 2ndary waitperson was personable and engaging. Overall though the staff was great. We didn't receive any of the "legendary" muffins as we departed. Disappointing cause I was looking forward to it. Would I go back? Yes. Maybe not as late, we had a 9pm reservation, to see if we get muffins and if the wait staff isn't rushing.

    The room was a little noisy. Our table for four was at the end and people kept bumping me. Joey our waiter moved us to a better table. Jeff Larson said hello, wished us a happy anniversary and sent over several apps. Love it

    Our anniversary dinner was made extremely special from the moment we arrived. Everything was exceptional and highly recommend everyone try this Steakhouse. The meat is tender and sea food tastes so fresh, like it was just caught the same day.
