   Our first time to eat here but not our last, for sure. The food was delicious and fresh unlike a lot of your typical Mexican food restaurants. The service was attentive but not intrusive and very knowledgeable on both the food and the drinks. Would most certainly recommend.

   There were bones in the fish taco and the taco was incredibly bland. However, the brussel sprouts as an app always good and same with the guac and margs.

   Pastor and Barbacoa were phenomenal. Don’t sleep on the roasted corn. Rice is not authentic and beans were pretty good. Could’ve used some music upstairs, but otherwise really enjoyable.

   The service was amazing! I felt as if I were at a much fancier restaurant. It was very personal even though they were clearly busy. We ordered the Salsa sampler. The chips were clearly homemade. The green had good flavor and the Fresca was my favorite. My dinner partner wanted more heat. I had the house Margarita. My dinner mates had the cucumber/melon and the prickly pear. Those were really sweet. Tacos all the way around. The barbacoa taco for me which was my fave. I loved all the toppings provided. And I could have eaten the pickled onions by the jar. I made my tacos a platter and while the beans were not from a can (homemade, maybe cooked all day flavor) the white rice was lacking. All in all the ambience, decorating and the staff made my birthday celebration memorable. We will be back again. Thank you Frida!

   Everything was great per usual! We did feel a little rushed, they were super busy which is pretty typical on a Saturday night. But overall great food and drinks and we will definitely be back!

    The food was great, but the room we were seated in was so loud we could barely speak across the table in a normal voice. We will be back and hope that the ambiance is better!

    Fun decor, great service. Ceviche starter excellent, quesadilla only okay. Would go again and try other options. Has a great GF menu which is a huge plus.

    They may have been under staffed and/or overbooked for our reservation time because it took a while for us to get acknowledged. However once we met our server, everything was great. I always enjoy the Frida food and drinks!

    The service was great, everything came out super fast. The food was so so. Not bad but we didn’t think it had much flavor to it. We were sat upstairs and I agree with other reviews, it was pretty loud up there.

    First timers. Overall good experience. Food was good. Not amazing but good. Good spot. It was a little loud but ok. Seated immediately. Only drawback for me was value. I don’t mind spending money, but a $6 taco? It was shrimp and I did like it but the shell was corn not flour (you had to pay extra for flour shell), and no grilled shrimp option, only fried. and it’s sold a la carte? Again, it was good but pricey IMO for a corn taco. We also had the empanada appetizer. Very very good. But wow was it tiny. It came on a small plate. I should have taken a picture because it was kind of comical. Think half the size of a taco. Maybe. It spanned the length of an index finger. That’s about right. It WAS stuffed with the braised meat which was fantastic, but we each got maybe 2-3 small bites. Lol. Again it was very good. Very good. I also really like the crème and the cilantro sauce. But It just kind of reminded me of an easy bake oven size. I would go back and maybe just try to order more strategically. Service was really good. So like I said, good overall experience but a bit of a head scratcher on the value side.

    Frida is always delicious when we visit! Everything I’ve eaten there has been packed with flavor. The margaritas are great too! This time around, our service could’ve been a little better, seemed like they were understaffed. I can’t blame the server for that, no big deal. The last two visits we had ordered a side of rice, which came out extremely mushy. Everything else was really great!

    Everything about our dinner was great. The only downside is the upstairs dining room, when full is deafening. recommendation to management is include more soft surfaces in the upstairs to break up the noise.

    Get the spicy marg. You won't regret it. The peanut salsa is amazing. Would love to go back in the summer time and sit out on their patio.

    It is hard to judge Frida fairly because the noise level in the 2nd floor dining room was off the charts. I’m not sure I’ve had a more miserable dining experience…it was so loud our ears hurt. Because diners won’t take this into consideration by lowering their screeching voices, management has to do something. Drape fabric on the ceiling? Acoustic tiles? Sound consultant? I have to give the servers credit for being attentive and delivering food so quickly. I do hope they wear earplugs.

    Had a fun night with our party of 8-glad there is now the option of on-line reservations! Everyone enjoyed their food-excellent salads, tacos, enchiladas and amazing 🤩 margaritas! The jalapeño margarita is my personal fav!
