    Had a reservation for two but was seated at a high top with drunk football fan strangers. The first band was meh and she looked miserable being there. Second band was late to start so missed them. Tried to take elevator to rooftop but no access without an attendant and none around. Super underwhelming experience and my husband was so looking forward to it!

    It was amazing. Alex the manager was amazing. Our waitress was amazing. The best first time experience ever. B the band was great. The drinks were delicious. The private tour was absolutely breathe taking. Thank you for making me feel so special

    We were disappointed by the food compared to the two other places on Broadway where we had eaten. Very limited menu with generic food. Service was very good.

    Love coming here but this time tried to put the 4 of us at a crappy table under a low ceiling in the back facing the bar. Asked to get moved & they moved us upstairs at a table at the rail where you can see the band from above. Next time I will specify on the reservation not yo get seated there.

    We had a reservation on a Thursday night for dinner. We didn't really have a reserved table. We were offered to sit either right next to the stage (very loud) or in front of the stage at a couch/coffe table situation. Niether were great options. We chose by the stage which was fun but more of a "bar" atmosphere then a place to have dinner. My wife ordered the Turkey, Bacon, Avocado on croissant sandwich and it came on Toast and without the turkey. No apologies or explanation. The fries were excellent. Service was slow and not very attentive. I was disappointed because had watched the documentary and was excited to be there. The second level (where I'd hope to sit) wasn't even open. Low energy crowd. The band played a lot of rock and roll versus country.

    We didn’t even get to sit down. There was no table for us and they had a function on that we were not aware of. We booked to view the establishment and to have dinner, not to sit at the bar and have a burger and fries. Very poor all round. As it was one of the highlights of our vacation (we flew over from the UK), this was a huge disappointment
