Welcome to Georges Place West the fourth and newest addition of the George's Place restaurants in Cape May County. We're proud to bring a family-owned Cape May treasure, serving the community since 1968, right here to Rio Grande.

Our menu celebrates fresh, bold flavors with an American and Greek-Mediterranean twist, crafted with care and served with generous portions. Whether your here for a cozy brunch, a casual lunch on our beautiful floral patio, or a lively dinner watching our staff flambe cheese right at your table, you'll always find great food, warm hospitality, and a place that feels like home.

Had a nice family breakfast and the kids got to meet Santa. Staff were friendly and helpful, food was delicious. Always a great experience at George’s Place and the Rio Grande location is no different.

We had a very bad experience here. Have always heard good things about George’s place and were excited to try it. Perhaps the other locations are better.

We ate outside so the noise was from traffic and not an issue. Our meal was delicious, our server was kind and professional. Took a friend for their first time and they enjoyed it and will be returning themselves.

My wife had the special app. & the chicken. I had the octopus & the salmon. Our bill came to $103.43. Very disappointed, we could have gone to another restaurant and got more for our hard earned $.

George’s West on Rt 47 in Rio Grande is definitely a best kept secret. Excellent food & service. Amazingly, never crowded. Unlike other George’s locations in Cape May, they accept credit cards. Inside & outside seating. Highly recommend.
