   Very poor vegetarian option, no carbs and little protein. 100 euro for four cold plates of carefully sculpted veg....did not seem to admit any flexibility (and diner's preferences). Chef is king and it telling you what you are getting.

   Exceptional food & service. One of the best Michelin starred restaurants we’ve been to. Flavour surprises & everything on the tasting menu was well-thought out & brilliantly prepared. Recommend highly.

   Really enjoyed our visit! Service is just outstanding, food is great as well. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to try some new combinations of flavours, and just to have a really nice time. It is quite expensive, but it worth every cent. So happy we chose this place for our wedding anniversary!

   Wonderful meal the eel was very delicate flavour and the suckling pig plate so like velvet so tender. The staff where delightful and even at 6.30pm the room had a lovely buzz. I would recommend Glovers Alley to anyone for a special night. Thank you

    We had the tasting menu. Each course was a mixture of flavors and textures that I wouldn’t have imagined work together but they are so well in a balanced each delicious bite. The service was high quality and made us feel valued. I would highly recommend if you want amazing food in a beautiful space.

    The whole experience was amazing. The attention of the staff was very helpful and kind. We chose the 4 course menu surprise from the chef. The food was simply delicious and very surprising. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

    Look around before accepting the first place they try to seat you. My bench against the wall messed up my back. Don’t worry about “dress code”, there is none and there were well dressed as well as absolute slobs among us. So, where whatever makes YOU comfortable. The guy at the table 3 ft from me removed his boots while dining! Avoid the scallop dish. The 2 scallops served with the tasting menu are tiny, overcooked and completely overwhelmed with vanilla. The wine pairings were clever, well thought out and quite delicious. Service was excellent.

    Our experience was excellent right from our initial greeting to wine recommendations to food and ambiance. The staff are welcoming, knowledgeable and professional, offering just the right amount of attention. We chose the 4 course chef surprise menu for €115 per person and everything along with several amuse bouche was sublime. I booked the restaurant for a special birthday celebration and we weren’t disappointed. I can’t wait for another opportunity to visit Glover’s Alley.

    Typical molecular gastronomy. Not many locally sourced ingredients. Staff generally not locals. Meal started at ok place but got very slow, with waiting of 30 minutes between courses. Very expensive for quality. Not recommended.

    Great food - great service and excellent value for money. Only little quip is service could have been a little more leisurely given that it was a Saturday lunch. Otherwise very good overall! Not my first time here and definitely won't be the last!
