Most of the dishes were very creative and the ambience was wonderful with modern interior. Healthy and pretty presentation but I wished the main dish less varieties of different sauces. However, every dish was wonderful, and the chef definitely has a sophisticated sense of taste.

Our experience at Glover's Alley has been exceptional. The ambience is sophisticated, and the staff, welcoming and knowledgeable, ensured we received the best service. They guided us with the choice of menu and wine, enhancing our dining experience. The food is incredibly well-crafted, and we appreciated the explanations from the staff upon serving each dish. Every dish has its unique flavour, making it impossible to choose a favourite. We particularly enjoyed the petit fours served with espresso coffee. Overall, outstanding.

Excellent food. One of the best meals I have ever had. The balance of flavours, and textures was perfect. So many taste sensations. I had to opt for gluten and dairy free, which was incredibly well excuted, with comprise. And no trouble at all for the restaurant. And all four of us found that we were perfectly satisfied with no awful feeling of having eaten too much despite opting for the delicious four course surprise menu.

I ordered the secret menu and I was extremely pleased. They made sure my allergy wouldn’t be a problem, and the food was the best meal I’ve ever had

Over priced restaurant Reasonable set menu with 6 servings (which two were deserts) at price of 150 euros- poor wine service - they served a wine (nearly 100 years a bottle - a red wine which had a serving temperature of more than 20 degrees)- where was it stored the wine ? Not on a proper cellar for sure Too many tables and few employees for a Michelin starred restaurant - overwhelm noise level due to the high number of tables in a small space. sometimes I wonder how these type of restaurants are untitled to one star - this can be a restarirant recommended by the guide but not more

Great food. Great service. Great experience! Went to Glovers Alley for the Michelin Star experience for my girlfriend's birthday and was not disappointed in any way. We booked the table for 7.30pm and arrived just after but was shown to our table immediately. As it was my girlfriend's birthday, I wanted to really treat her to something special here at Glovers Alley as I read great reviews about it and the tasting menu seemed to be something of a dining experience too. We were shown the menu which had the A La Carte and the Tasting Menu for which to choose. We both decided on the tasting menu. First our drinks arrived and before our first course were here, we were given a couple of amuse bouche just to tickle our taste buds!! Warm breads were offered to go with our first course and what followed after left us in awe as each dish were perfect in every way! Well except the first course for my girlfriend as she's a bit of a foodie and a proper food critique, explaining that the first course of the pickled cucumber and apple were much too strong but for me as an experienced chef, it was spot on!! With each course, a description of each dish were carefully detailed by the server which shows a fair amount of understanding of what's going on! Well it was that or they really had a good memory!! The finesse and the flavours as well as the plating of each dish were all on point and even the selection of which dinnerware for each course were all taken into account and all were the perfect choice. All in all, it was a perfect night of fine dining experience with the perfect lady in a perfect restaurant.
