We went for breakfast/brunch for Father's Day. It took about 50 minutes for our food to arrive, and 1 order looked wrong, and when we questioned it, she said it was right. We went back because we knew it wasn't, and they did correct it and said they'd give a discount, but they didn't get the original part of the bill correct, so we had to go back to them again. They didn't apologize about how slow it was, and we had to ask for salt and pepper which took a bit, also. So all combined, it was a ridiculously slow experience, and with a daughter who was trying to get on the road back out of town. My food was good, the other was "meh". It wasn't that crowded and our food wasn't complicated, so no excuse for the time.

The burger and fries were delicious! However, cannot get past that it feels like a side thought to the hotel lobby. There’s no real sense that you’re in a restaurant, feels like an extension to the lobby. Also, very very empty for a Saturday night.

Absolutely love this place! The service was excellent, they’re attentive without being overbearing and the vibe is a good blend of casual and upscale. We’re pretty picky about southern food in my family, but that hardly mattered here. Flavors were excellent, especially in the chicken n dumplings and I’d eat their truffle fries and banana coconut cake daily if I could. 100% on my “visit again” list

The restaurant is absolutely beautiful — I loved the décor and the overall seating layout. We were seated quickly, which was a great start to the evening. I would have given five stars, but the wait time for our food was a bit longer than expected. That said, the food and drinks were absolutely amazing and well worth it. I visited for Valentine’s dinner and had a wonderful experience overall. The staff was attentive and welcoming throughout the night. I’m already looking forward to coming back to try brunch. This is definitely on my new go-to list!

I visited after being encouraged by a respected reviewer to share my honest perspective on both the service and the food. To start, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and professional. The hospitality was genuinely solid, and the front-of-house team created a positive first impression. Unfortunately, the food did not meet even a basic standard. Beyond the lack of seasoning, several dishes had an odd texture that made them unpleasant to eat. Some menu pairings felt confusing and poorly thought out, as if the components didn’t belong together. In addition, portions of the food were served cold, which significantly impacted the overall experience. While the service was strong, the kitchen execution fell short. Temperature control, texture, and menu cohesion are fundamental elements of a dining experience, and those areas need serious improvement. There is potential here, but the culinary side must align with the level of hospitality being offered.
