   The food was great and the place is very beautiful.... But the service was a little slower.... The place was not to busy and we waiting a long time to do our order... But after that... Everything was good.

    Nice meal overall except I did not enjoy my tasteless, probably frozen burger. Cheaper & better for chef to make burgers? Staff friendly & good ambiance

    Front of house are always so welcoming any time I'm in weather its for a takeaway coffee or a sit in meal.the staff are always super friendly and aware of any needs we may require. And food is always delicious

    We requested a table by the window and that was accommodated. The restaurant was nice and buzzy for a Friday afternoon. Our server was a lovely girl from Romania and she looked after us so well, I unfortunately didn’t get her name. The food was delicious as always, we ordered the scampi, chicken & chorizo pasta and the chicken quesadillas all fab. The cheesecake of the day - toffee crisp was amazing. Another lovely meal at the Gourmet, thanks all. Mary

    I had the chicken supreme and it was fabulous , my husband had the rib eye steak and said it was the nicest steak he ever had , burgers was also very tasty. We will definitely be back . Pity we live so far away .

    Absolutely fabulous. Great location, great food and very professional staff. First time here and we will be back. The place was spotless, staff was polite and very welcoming The food was unbelievably tasty, with great vegan options

    Excellent lamb stew served by a lovely friendly waitress. It was peak lunchtime so the noise level was high, music was loud, but we managed to get a table in one of the quieter corners so we were happy with that. Food delicious!

    Went to GFP for Mother’s Day. Food and Drinks were lovely but found some staff rude and cold. Such a pity as it’s a lovely restaurant.

    The staff is so unfriendly, from the receptionist not being able to say even hi or smiling when arriving to the queue, to the waiter not answering to a bye when leaving. Definitely not coming back.

    Friendly staff, we had a table booked so we were seated straight away. Seems like a busy spot so would recommend booking ahead. Food was delicious (quesadilla and chicken burger). Really enjoyed our lunch there, definitely worth a visit.

    Booked a table through this app, was allocated 1h45, but on their system my booking was only for 1h15, so they asked me to leave. Even though I showed them my booking on the email, where it stated 1h45, I was still asked to leave. The manager eventually told me I could stay, but at that stage it was all ruined already.

    Went there before for breakfast, the service was great- staff were so so friendly and the food was unreal and very generous portions. So we decided to go back for dinner and it was just as nice! Such a cute and cosy atmosphere too whether it’s a date or a family gathering I recommend !

    I always love coming here. Food is delicious and lots of veggie options. If you are still a bit covid cautious like myself- the tables are spaced apart and hand sanitizer is on every table as well as at the front door. Staff are so nice too and lovely view from the restaurant across to the harbour. It gets super busy at lunchtime so if you are after a quiet chat best to book for after 3pm.
