    Lovely restaurant interior. Menu selection is very limited and basic. Desserts could be a little more interesting other than the glossed over bought in simple desserts. Food was nice but don't expect the wow factor that will encourage you back for more. A little imagination needed for the menu.

    We got a very friendly welcome on arrival and were accommodated with our choice of table. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. It was an exceptionally warm evening hence four stars for ambience as it was too warm for me. I felt the room needed air conditioning.

    We made a booking for 11:00 and we didn’t get our food until 12:00, we were waiting for ages. One staff member acknowledged the delay but once the food arrived after 12, we were then asked to leave at 1 so they could cater other customers even though we’d just about finished up our tea and coffee. Everyone’s food was served at different times with one person waiting 15 minutes after other people had been served. One coffee was forgotten and they just appeared to be all over the place. I felt bad for staff because they knew there was problems in the kitchen but I don’t think we got the adequate response, considering the delay we probably should’ve got teas and coffees free or something. It was tip of the ice berg being asked to leave when it took them over an hour to give us our food.

    Simone was an absolute gentleman and more than friendly to us upon arrival. He then proceeded to get to know his guests by sharing anecdotes and asking us very casual questions about us. The food was fantastic, myself and 1 other getting the steak and another one of my party getting the burger. Plates were emptied and we were left completely satisfied. The young girl serving our table was lovely and polite and I commend her customer service. I would 100% return and would 1000% recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience in Galway.

    Staff and setting are very nice. Service of 2 lunches and an order of pancakes with soft drinks was very slow. Around 40 mins, i think. The pancakes order was incorrect and we didn't get our water for the table. We weren't checked on and to be fair didn't follow up on the water. At almost 70e it was fairly steep for lunch

    Service was appalling, waited over an hour for food and then only 2 kids menu items came, another 15 minute wait for adults meals to appear. Kids toasted sandwich was awful, cheap processed cheese. Overall very disappointing and ruined our Father’s Day lunch. Won’t be back to that Gourmet Food Parlour!

    Very slow service, food was nice but not really worth the wait. Servers seemed all over the place when it wasn't crazy busy. Tables ordered after us got their drinks before us and we hadn't even ordered coffees just water and soft drinks so no reason for such a delay.

    We absolutely loved our evening here. The staff was so welcoming, kind, friendly, and just made the entire experience. The decor is amazing. Feels elegant and homey all at the same time. The food was incredible. The braised lamb melted off the bone. The peppercorn sauce was incredible. The details from the moment we walked in were perfect and made our evening. I highly recommend stopping by while in Galway. We will be back.

    By far our best dining experience since arriving in Ireland a week ago. Food was over the top. Every dish outstanding. Total team effort with the staff. An extremely delightful dining experience. I will recommend it to everyone.

    Kids pancakes have gone from 2 pancakes to 1. They were cold and tough.. reheated several times. Scrambled egg cold on farm Plate breakfast Very disappointed with overall as we regularly get breakfast there.

    Food wasn’t great at all pancakes were very chewy and hard to cut, hot chocolate just tasted like warm milk. Over all very poor experience for the cost of it all.

    Birthday breakfast booked the day before arrived seated in the middle of the restaurant got menus fairly quick but that’s as good as it got… Ordered food and drinks X 6 45 minutes later had to ask for the drinks finally got them 55mins after ordering…. Drinks gone had to ask for food told 5 mins Asked for another round of drinks, not as slow as the first time but still no food… Spoke with the manager who said if he had noticed that we hadn’t got our food he would have had it sorted earlier…. We were sitting in the middle of the restaurant staff were constantly passing the table including the manager…. Finally after 1hr 30mins 3 of the breakfasts arrived… 2 full breakfasts both with no sausages… and pancakes that were cold Ended up calling it a day and went elsewhere as it was so so disappointing Emailed the restaurant to air my frustration but to no avail as have got no response so I had to review this establishment. Really really disappointed and would find it very hard to go back..

    This is a beautiful venue, very well decorated and the atmosphere is great. Food is so tasty that I kept eating even when I was full. Probably the best coffee in town. Graham was very hospitable and a lovely host. Service was fast and all the staff extremely friendly and attentive but not in your face. Phenomenal experience in overall and I would highly recommend this place. 10/10 🙂

    Waiter got my order wrong so had t send it back when came back out the chips weren't that hot had t ask for jug of water for the 2nd time

    Really good staff and very good coffee. Food was good, although some of the party felt the portions were small. Ambience very good and the restaurant is super clean. Staff were just very good and definitely enhance the experience.

    Although the food was lovely, I have to say that Mother’s Day was a bit hectic, we could understand with possible understaffing issues or under huge pressure.. but it was difficult to get someone’s attention upstairs and also waiting long time for small things like ketchup or water… small issues but they make a big difference. Although food was lovely it was an expensive dining experience with poor service.

    The Mother’s Day brunch menu was very limited in comparison to the normal brunch menu. The food was tasteless and almost cold. Overall the experience was not good at all.
