   Although the food was lovely, I have to say that Mother’s Day was a bit hectic, we could understand with possible understaffing issues or under huge pressure.. but it was difficult to get someone’s attention upstairs and also waiting long time for small things like ketchup or water… small issues but they make a big difference. Although food was lovely it was an expensive dining experience with poor service.

   The Mother’s Day brunch menu was very limited in comparison to the normal brunch menu. The food was tasteless and almost cold. Overall the experience was not good at all.

   Staff were absolutely fantastic. Food was very overpriced for what it was though and a bit disappointing. €20 for a small chicken burger and a few chips, and the chicken was over cooked and very dry. Desserts were amazing though and a few other dishes looked quite nice. But the prices would make me think twice about going back if I’m honest.

   Normally we love the food here, but we were disappointed with the new menu choice today. The halloumi bowl was bland and completely dry. We had to ask for some dressing with it and we still thought it was completely tasteless. We were seated upstairs in the back, and the staff seemed to forget about our table and so we couldn’t get anybody’s attention or get the table cleared after eating.

   Pleasant but possibly untrained waiting staff. Waited ages for attention after getting menus. Starters arrived before our wine. Had to repeatedly call for attention. Very noisy - possibly due to absence of soft furnishings. V poor lighting making it difficult to read the very pale print especially on the specials menu

    Booked in advance as we got caught the last time we popped in without a booking. Really nice place, decent service and the food was delicious. The coffee was very nice too. The kids menu is very good, my kids were delighted. All at a decent price point. Staff were very friendly and over all we will definitely be back.

    We enjoyed the Valentines menu , just felt that the sharing dessert could have been more varied. The prosecco on arrival was lovely. Also it said 4 course set menu and we got 3 courses.

    Wonderful.Food tasty.Service excellent.Toilets clean. We were three people and we all enjoyed experience there. I didn’t see Falafel on menu this time but had it there before and really liked it!Well done.

    Was 25 minutes waiting before we pointed out to a waitress that we were waiting for food and drinks orders. Once pointed out the server was apologetic and took our orders and all was fine after that

    Overall a really good experience. There were only a couple of hiccups but all was sorted out. The only point I would like to make is about the pancakes. They were quite small and a bit dry but other than that all good. Thanks so much again for the lovely time and for the cookies 🥰

    Lovely restaurant with really nice food. Excellent choices on the menu. Staff were attentive and very pleasant. Absolutely loved the gorgeous singing. The perfect backdrop to a beautiful meal.

    Service was shockingly bad .. seemed like they had no system in place and waitresses and waiters hadn’t a clue how to clear a table or fufill a drinks order promptly. Counted six staff members and I can’t say any of them seemed to be efficient bar one of them. Loved the food and decor ( toilet flusher a disaster) and would love to return but staff need to improve

    Truly shockin experience here , booked a table for 5 , put at a table for 4 , left sitting for 20 mins , had to ask could we order , at that point we were told only soup n sandwiches on the menu , shockin experience.

    Service was beyond appalling. Staff appeared that they did not want to be there. After being pointed where to seat it took the best part of 20 minutes for us to get someones attention to get a drink. The Manager Lisa seem to be the core of the issue. We have eaten before here one or twice and had the same experience.... bad service. Won't be returning again.

    Very nice food but very disappointing service. We had to ask three times just for a jug of milk with our tea and our table wasn’t set so we had to rob cutlery from another table.

    The service was shocking - sitting for 25 mins offered a Coffee - then another 20 mins before food - we ordered another coffee which didn’t arrive until we were leaving - the restaurant had only about 10 others at tables so wasn’t even busy - the food was tasteless

    Menu was different from online menu. No Breakfast Ciabatta. The server said the online menu was for Monday to Friday. It was Friday. Otherwise it was really good.

    When we got to the restaurant..we were informed that it was closing at 6pm .so we were not allowed into the restaurant at 5.35pm ..it look like they had closed up early .anyway...treated very rudely by the manager when I complain about taking the booking as we were not informed about early closing ...we wont be back
