Pasta was stuck together and gummy.
Wait or was told and he only said “huh”.
Ribs not tender. Overall the visit was disappointing.
Waiter was not very professional as well.

Food was horrible - I’ve had better steak at Ponderosa. Mixed drink was terrible. Ambiance was terrible too as they were constantly moving tables. Service wasn’t too bad. I would definitely not recommend at all!

Disappointing New Year's Eve dinner - the service, the food, everything. The management is obviously struggling with the way they treat their employees as they were sorely short-handed yet still decided to offer service. If you can't fully staff your establishment, you should thin twice about being open. My family came with the full expectation of a good meal - a reasonable expectation - but when you have only a handful of staff serving the entire restaurant, you show that your greed is more important that the product you are attempting to serve.
Our family of 4 was seated in the bar area - not generally an issue except for the fact the bartender was serving the entire section AND was taking care of drinks for the entire restaurant. He was doing the best he could but given the lack of support, the manager should have thought twice about how many people could be seated there (and in the rest of the restaurant).
Food was terrible - the bbq rib and shrimp special I ordered was perhaps the worst ribs I've ever had. Hard, chewy and slathered with Sysco bottled bbq sauce. The shrimp were way over cooked and rubbery - and also slathered with cheap Sysco bottled bbq sauce. Others at the table we disappointed with their dishes as well - none of us were impressed.
We ordered a bottle of wine which was way over-priced. The server even mentioned the bottle we selected was one of the few offered at local stores. (Kroger offers the same bottle for literally 1/5 the cost. I get that restaurants need to mark up the cost of wine (it's one of their biggest money makers) but an off-the-shelf bottle that I could easily find a Kroger for 5x the cost is ridiculous.
We didn't say anything to the manager as it was obvious the quality of food was not their concern - they just wanted to fill as many tables as possible without care or concern to the quality being put out.

We were there New Years Eve. Reservations were at 6:30, did not get our food till almost 8:00p.m.
Our waiter Nick was excellent , very polite and always checked on our food.

Celebrated 8 year olds birthday! Nice family place. Tasty food. Nice menu options.

The food was decent and everything came out hot, but having a 5:30 dinner reservation and not getting out until almost 7:45 is absurd for a restaurant that was barely half full. If they could work on the service this place would do well and I would be back.

Salmon was raw and had to be sent back. My ribs were awful. Full of gristle and only half eaten. We’ve been there a couple times before and it was fine. Doubt we’ll return anytime soon.

Seemed a little chain restaurant like. Food was luke warm. Was just an okay meal. Everything acceptably fine not amazing not terrible.

I get together with a group of friends once a month and we always meet on Mondays, primarily because of the great deals they have on food with the order of one cocktail or glass of wine. the service is good, the portions are large and it is an enjoyable dinner at a modest price

Great server

Our waiter, Ethan, wasn’t very attentive. He didn’t remember who orders what. There were only 4 of us and everything he brought out, he gave to the wrong person. Good was mediocre. Not impressed by anything. Service was the biggest disappointment. I noted it was a birthday in my reservation. When we were leaving a different waiter said something. Our server didn’t say anything nor did he even ask if we wanted to order dessert. Don’t plan on going back and wouldn’t recommend.

Generous servings. Salmon dish was enough for 3 meals.
More vegetarian dishes would be welcome. Decent meal, not too expensive. Lacks warmth in the decor. Very stark & cold.
Nice bar with great live entertainment.

We had a 10:00 am reservation. We arrived a little after 10 and The door was locked and we had to knock strongly to get someone to come to the door. After being seated we had to wait a bit until the buffet was completely set up. After that it was top notch all the way.

One word: Disappointed

We were so disappointed that the place was taken over by Grand Tavern. The usual Monday night salads for $7.00 were not available along with the great warm bread Station Square would serve. The new menu was okay but the interesting ingredient combination for the salads were no longer available. We still had a good meal and the service was good. Grand Tavern changed the interior to darker colors, which did not feel as inviting as before. We will be back due to the location for your group to meet. Let’s hope the bread will make a come back.

The food was amazing

I’m disappointed with the restaurant changing from Station Square. The new menu is ordinary.... just another restaurant. I hope they consider putting some of the previous menu items on this menu.

When the kitchen gets backed up and you wait 45 minutes for a burger your waitress should tell you that and offer something. Let people know what is going on instead of just ignoring the situation.

It didn’t matter that we had a reservation. They seated the 3 couples that were walk ins before us. This wasn’t a big deal. We only waited 10 minutes. The salmon on the salad was great but the lettuce was wilted and unappetizing. The chicken fajita sandwich looked like the chicken came from a frozen chicken strip bag. The sandwich was barely warm. The waiter was very good.

Great food variety - pizza, seafood, burgers, pasta. Everything tasted great (especially their house-made bread!) and was well priced. They have an amazing patio but it was too cold and raining so we didn't get to enjoy it. I liked the ambiance as well.

Service was excellent, unlimited Mimosas were very tasty.

Client base looked more like bill knapp’s Crowd. Beef tips were essentially Salisbury steak. Tasted like it was offabuffet. Not bad but not good.

we had a reservation. when we arrived we were told we would have a 25 minute wait. it was a 45 minute wait!!! obviously you do not honor reservations.

They did not honor my open table reservation so we had to wait 40 minutes for a table. so i question the value of making a reservation.

I would only recoommend Station Square for the Happy Hour or bar experience. The service is marginal and the food was mediocre for dinner. I have been to the Happy Hour twice and the service at the bar is great and the apps are good. I was celebrating my birthday, as were two others in my party, and our server acted like we were a nuisance. Will not be dining there other than for apps in the future.

Another great dining experience. The chicken piccata was superb, but the wagu steak wasn’t as tender and tasty as I expected. Service was top-notch.

Food was great but the place was a zoo. They were carrying tables in from the patio and setting them up in the dining room. Very crowded . We will come back but they need to have better crowd control!!

Service was horrible! 20-30 minutes to get drinks. Then the drinks arrived and were wrong. 30 minutes to get appetizers. No attention from our waiter...horrible!! On a positive note, the food was fantastic but The poor service can’t possibly overcome the poor service.

Food was fresh and well prepared. They have specials and a nice happy hour. Service was meh, but it wouldn’t prevent me from going back.

The warm bread is a nice touch but they need something more than just pats of butter. Maybe a flavored Olive oil?? Not an inexpensive restaurant.

The service was not good! Learn the Chef was fired the food was okay nothing spectacular my drink was Moscato wine my second glass was something different then the first wasn't happy or please I will not recommend nor will I be back

6 gal pals there for birthday celebration! Eric took of us from beginning to end!! He had great demeanor, recommended 2 entree, free app special which we took advantage of; highlighted 1/2 off bottle of wine special & of course we all bought a bottle. His food recommendations were spot on & we enjoyed them immensely! He also brought out hot fudge cream puff for birthday girl to share!! Great afternoon! We’ll be back for next celebration or maybe just a glass of wine!! Thanks for great experience, Eric!!
