The last couple times we’ve been in the wait person was not good at all. This location definitely has a problem. They kept reaching over our food to try to grab objects. I had to stop them. The person was extremely sick coughing all over. they either need to stay home or wear a mask. Didn’t print out a receipt. Acted like they didn’t know what they were doing. Acted like they didn’t care. the table was dirty and they didn’t seem to care. I had to clean it with my own disinfecting hand wipes among other things.

Manager (Ashley) was very helpful in resolving an issue with a Birthday BOGO coupon. The system would not allow a seasonal item to be used, even though corporate office had confirmed it was valid on seasonal items.

Sat down for 20 minutes before waitress came over. 2 out of our 4 meals were cold. The waitress came to our table two times in total, we had to ask for refills on our water.

It was pretty quiet for a Saturday night. We were disappointed at the beer selection in that many of the seasonal specials weren't available. The waitress was nice and the food okay.

We waited a long time for our food. Ordered at 6:20 and was served at 7:10. Waitress said she forgot to put through our order. Also the ceiling was dripping from condensation which made the dining experience uncomfortable.

Food was absolutely awful. Have eaten here many times. Only hash browns, no mashed, and they were cold. Prime rib was tasteless. Cinnamon rolls were hard as rock. Very bad. Will not be back any time soon.

The staff was wonderful! Very attentive and professional. It was just ungodly cold in there. That was the only drawback. It was so cold. We ended up leaving quicker than we normally would have.

Had a 630 reservation for 8 people. When we arrived they looked confused about us being there. We waited 30 minutes to get a table. After being sat.. we waited another 25 minutes without even seeing a wait person and never even got water. We ended up leaving and going to another restaurant. Manager was horrible, service was horrible, experience was horrible. Plain and simple we will never go back, and dont advise anyone else bothers.
