    It was a busy night and they appeared understaffed. But even for the conditions our waitress was horrible! She had to be asked by another waitress to come to our table after we had sat there for at least 10 minutes. And after taking our order disappeared again. If it wasn’t for another waitress taking pity on us we never would have had drinks or refills. The food was cold when it arrived. Customers around us assigned to the same waitress had to stop employees and ask for someone to wait on them.

    We had a wonderful experience at Granite City! Our server, Dakota, was fantastic—attentive and friendly, making our visit even more enjoyable. The food was exceptional; the BBQ cheddar burger was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. Even our kids loved the chocolate cake, which was a delightful treat. Overall, a great family dinner that we can't wait to repeat! Highly recommend!

    We enjoyed our visit to Granite City in Davenport, IA. We had the ribeye. It was very good and had a good flavor. Our friends, who ate here for the first time, had the meatloaf and the bison burger. They enjoyed their meals as well. They said it was very good and enjoyed it as well. We didn't realize it was homecoming weekend. There were alot of young people dressed up and dining there also. Even though they were very busy our waitress and the rest of the staff made sure we were well taken care of and had plenty to drink and eat. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great meal, pleasant atmosphere and courteous and friendly staff.

    Everything was delicious especially the cinnamon rolls they bring to your table and the prime rib was cooked just right!!

    Very nice place and great atmosphere. There was six in our party. Everyone’s dinner was very good. I really enjoyed the grilled salmon. Also, the waitress was very nice and provided great service.
