The staff were very friendly and food was good. Tables were very close together and we had a large party of 12 people very closely beside us. The restaurant is very small and it was difacult to move between tables. It was also very noisy!!! I would return when it might be quieter!!

Nice homish Italian cuisine with an interesting twist of regional dishes (mostly South of Italy & Sicily), which is something quite new in the Dublin culinary scene. Good and genuine ingredients are certainly used and this is a necessary and good starting point. Decent choice of wines. Service quite informal and maybe - at times - a bit too relaxed. Dining room quite simple and basic but cosy (it has its own style). Correctly priced.

Im sorry to say I was disappointed with this dining experience after reading so much about Grano. We were brought the wrong bottle of wine (red instead of white), there was a great deal of confusion around our booking to the point where we were unsure if we should eat our starter because we weren’t sure if our table was actually ours (very uncomfortable) and my main (the oriechette) was quite bland. When it came to paying the bill, the waitress never came back with the change and after waiting around for a while trying to catch her eye we decided it was just too awkward and to just leave it.
The starter (nduja spread) was delicious, the wine was tasty and good value and my friends gnocchi was nice. Overall it was great value and there was a good vibe.

I enjoyed Grano but overall I was disappointed as I had heard a lot about the restaurant. I feel some of the ingredients let the meal down.
We went for the early bird which is excellent value. I tried a few starters but the meatballs by far were the best of what I tasted.
The desserts were delicious, the Tiramisu was perfect.

Small busy Southern Italian restaurant on busy Manor Street. Seems very popular as they turned every table during the two hours that we were there. The menu is short and interesting divided between sharing plates, starters, pasta, main courses and deserts. The black pig sausage to share was full of flavour and delicious. For starters, the pearl barley soup was bland, the crostini were tasty but could have done with more garlic and the two mains were excellent, tortelloni filled with wild boar ragu and pasta amatriciana with guanciale. Both packed flavour and depth and were memorable and on that basis would definitely come back. The tiramisu was big enough for two to share and it was authentically made. They have a good and fairly priced wine list and quite a few are available by the glass. Service was friendly and charming.

One of the best Italian restaurants in Dublin , we had such lovey food. The pasta was home made and all of our dishes were fabulous.
The house wine was delicious and smooth, can’t wait I suppose for an opportunity to return

Just EXCELLENT! Authentic ingredients coming from Southern Italy, friendly service and great atmosphere. The wine selection is brilliant and moderately priced. There are not many vegetarian options on the menu but they can accommodate requests as everything is freshly cooked.
Grano is a wonderful addition to Stoneybatter/Manor street area. Thank you I will be returning soon!

The portion size of the main was not that big for the price. The pasta dish was very bland and not tasty.

Visited Grano for an early bird on a Tuesday night. Place was buzzing when we arrived with a lovely festive atmosphere complemented by perfect lighting and warm welcome.
Early bird menu offers a good choice for all tastes. The nduja and burrata starter a real winner, the freshly made pasta is to die for and the rolled pork neck was very tasty indeed. We all opted for the canolo for dessert which is a typical Sicilian ricotta based dessert. It didn't disappoint and was presented in a creative way.

Although I only had one glass of red, it was a delicious sangiovese and having looked at the very interesting list, I look forward to sampling some of the organic local Italian wines on offer on my next visit.

All in all Grano is a real gem of a restaurant and I will definitely return. Check it out.

GRANO is a Stoneybatter gem! The food is outstanding and the dessert we got was AMAZING - the cheese/grape/fig concoction was perfect.
The staff are so lovely and you can tell how much they care about the restaurant.
The wine list is wide ranging and will suit even the most experienced wine buff!
We loved it and will be popping in regularly x
