   Fabulous food and wine as always. We had hake and monkfish for mains and it was wonderful. Never had a bad meal here and will continue to eat here on trips to wexford. Service is great and staff are really helpful and friendly. A little on the expensive side but worth it.

   We loved Greenacres from the moment we were greeted. We were shown to the Tasting Room which was perfect for us as we are a group of 8 friends who meet once a year to catch up. The room was previously a solicitor's office. It has wood paneling and the family photos which adorned the walls made us feeling like we were being entertained as special guests in a friends' home. The fact that we were surrounded by an extensive wine collection enhanced the atmosphere although any temptation to sample the wines was discouraged by the presence of CCTV. We all had starters, main courses and desserts plus some had coffee to follow. Whilst we were perusing the menu, some of the party tried the local EPA which was an unusual ale with a citrus after taste. The menu is very extensive and it was very difficult to choose. Choices for starters included smoked haddock, scallops, chowder, soup, and a selection. Mains included steak, duck, pork, and fish. every dish was beautifully served and the mains were accompanied by potatoes and a selection of seasonal vegetables. Desserts chosen included ice cream, chocolate creme brulee and a peanut cheesecake. It is so difficult to describe the dishes we had as they were all so lovely, suffice to say that each mouthful tasted incredible . The wine we had was a Merlot which was excellent and truly great value at €20 per bottle. We would strongly recommend Greenacres for the service, quality of service and ambience. We will return.

   Had a lovely lunch here recently, unfortunately there were a few choices missing from the menu on the day but what we did have was superb. I can recommend arriving in time to have a good mooch around the deli, excellent stock of really interesting and delicious produce.

   It was such a lovely experience, the decor, ambiance, such lovely helpful staff. The food was delicious, it was a work of art on a plate. You could tell the chef took great pride in plating his food, the colour taste and textures were amazing. I look forward to returning again. Well done to all the team

   A wonderful meal. Two vegans in our party (one with a nut allergy) we’re delighted with their food. Excellent and knowledgeable service made the family visit to Wexford especially great. It was a bit noisy, but it didn’t spoil the experience. Overall a good experience and one that we will repeat again soon.

    Vegetarian dish of the day was excellent as was the Moroccan lamb flatbread and the goats cheese salad. Unfortunately the carrot cake was a big let down, very dry with a butter icing ?? rather than the usual cream cheese icing. Also I think the bottles of water left on the table should have a price on them. But Greenacres is a must to visit if you are in Wexford. Excellent value and very pleasant restaurant.

    Delicious food. Friendly welcome. Gallery is well worth a look. Minor thing, but I prefer to add the gratuity myself when it's a party of 2. That said, will definitely be back because the food was fantastic and the team in the restaurant and shop are so friendly.

    Food was sublime especially the vegetables. Beer on tap was one of the nicest drinks I've ever had and the maitre d was very attentive. Would highly recommend.

    We were seated immediately upon arrival . Service was prompt and menu specials explained throughly by our lovely waitress. Starter and main course were very tasty. There was a lot of butter used in the main dish preparation . Desert was accompanied by a flour/ almond mixture which I didn't enjoy. Food was rich and very different to my usual fare. Service was excellent and the restaurent is lovely.

    Lovely menu with interesting starters and main courses. Starter: Pigeon was delicious as was pasta starter. Main courses: sirloin steak was beautifully cooked and delicious served with garlic butter, salad and chips; rabbit main course was very tasty served with veg and mashed potato.

    Beautiful food. I had a fillet steak cooked perfect. Side veg and mash potatoes were lovely. Starters was the combination choice and semi Freddo for dessert. Couldn’t fault any of the food. To pick a criticism, when seated we were put next to another couple when there was lots of space available. We could hear their conversation and vice versa. Also offered bottled still or sparkling water, which was an expensive brand. I just asked for tap water. Kinda felt like I was being swerved to buy the expensive water.

    Rarely does a nicer restaurant like Green Acres actually try on their vegetarian dishes. Both the appetizer and main course we're heavenly. The main course very unique and different flavors than I have had before. The dessert was fantastic.

    I’m sad to say, food was below par and 2/3 of my meals were tasteless. It was an extreme price to pay for what we were presented. Staff were lovely but did not ask how everything was as they most likely knew what our response would be from the half eaten plates of food. We most likely won’t return for dining.

    The food is exceptional and I have eaten there many times, however, the service let it down on this occasion. We were barely spoken to by the staff and we both felt like they had no interest in looking after our table despite being very attentive to other tables.
