Hana Koa is a full production brewery in the heart of Kaka’ako. We have a full kitchen with daily and monthly specials. Featuring two full bars including beer, wine, spirits and cocktails.

We ask all our guests to abide by time limits so we can accommodate as many guests as possible each evening.
1-4 guests = 90 minutes
5 or more = 120 minutes

RESERVATION POLICIES:
-All parties larger than 15 will be asked to place a deposit. Please contact the host stand or email events@hanakoabrewing.com for more information.
-Deposits will be forfeited if party does not show up, is incomplete, or cancels less than 24 hours before reservation time.
-Majority of the party must be present before being sat.
-Guests have a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes your table will be surrendered to other guests.
-Auto Gratuity of 20% will be added to large parties of 6 or more.
-Due to the fast level of service we provide, we may not split checks more than 2 ways.

The staff is absolutely fabulous. . Shay was great and a lot of fun. they have a very interesting menu and tons of types of beer and a great bar and I highly recommend this restaurant. It’s a great experience, but the food is average or a little better.

Great pub environment but a little too noisy for us. Good selection of local beers but poor wine choices. Lots of cocktails. The menu is awesome for a pub and the food was Ono. Try it!

This one of my favorite places in Honolulu. The only reason I give anything less than five stars is the noise level. But if the only complaint is that people are having a good time, it’s not a serious complaint. Great food, great service, great place.

The food is absolutely excellent! The onion rings are a MUST HAVE, and the brunch was perfectly portioned and great to share. The customer service was also incredibly on point. Julia was our server and she was very helpful in aiding in our beer choices… Which were all delicious! The only thing we weren’t huge fans of was the guest tap hard kombucha. Can’t go wrong trying anything else but a few faves were the Party Boy Pilsner and the Counting Stars Saison. Will absolutely be back to try more! Mahalo nui!

Craft brews very good with nice selection. Food was less than average. Fish and chips quite greasy with poor presentation. It was a very busy night so service was sketchy. Probably won't be back but glad we experimented.

We had a great experience dining in and sampling their beers here! The brisket and fish & chips were both tasty. Also try a flight of 4 beers for some more fun. We highly recommend making reservations for Hana Koa to avoid long wait times.

Took my husband for Father’s Day with our 3 kiddos. It’s definitely a family friendly atmosphere and all of the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Our server was new and super diligent and made our experience enjoyable. The beers we had were delish - what you want from a brewing company - the Pineapple beer is seasonal and amazing!!! The food was good. It didn’t knock our socks off, but we can’t complain either. Everything just needed to be seasoned just a bit more. We’ll definitely go back!

We were there on a Tuesday, so we had tacos! Specifically, the fish tacos. They were outstanding! They rotate the fish and this night, it was a marlin or shutomi. The sauce was yummy and had a nice kick to it. We also ordered the chips and guacamole. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and the quantity. There were enough chips, and I could add some guacamole to my tacos. We were at the restaurant at 530 p.m., so it was not as loud as previous times. If it is a busy night, it can get loud.

I would highly recommend a visit to this brewery. It has a very modest exterior, but a beautifully decorated interior which allows you to feel right at home when you enter. The host and one of the two bartenders were very friendly from the moment we walked in. We had an order of their tacos which were delicious. There is a great selection of beers - something for everyone on the menu - and the quality was very good. Definitely check it out when you're in Honolulu.

Service was absolutely atrocious! Our server abandoned us and we had to keep flagging people down just to order. The two bartenders were in charge of the entire mezzanine area and they couldn't keep up. Why they didn't pull a server from downstairs to help is a mystery. The asian server/bartender was working his butt off but the haole guy was barely doing anything and talking to his one buddy at the bar instead of helping or taking orders. Chicken sandwich and the fried saimen were incredibly spicy which made it unedible for me. Waters weren't refilled for a long time. They comped us our 2 cocktails which took 30mins to make and were still mediocre at best. Spent more time waiting than eating and drinking. Overall, it was an incredibly bad experience.

Fun is on the menu. This is a perfect spot for groups to have a rollicking time. We go there regularly because the menu is very unique and the food is very good & I like their blonde beer and the quality of the servers. I want to complement ‘Mary for exceeding any expectations. I had the prime rib, the Nakamura, toast, and the onion rings. My husband had the Kalbi burger and all were terrific.

This was our first time and it was such a great experience. My brother in law was in town and I made the res for 6 of us - my Ohana and he and his fiancé. Food was fantastic and came out so quickly. Drinks were great and atmosphere was top tier!
