Had an amazing night with my girlfriend here. We had the best steaks we've ever had in Mexico. The food in service were both phenomenal. All of the staff seemed to be bilingual.

Lovely place with exceptional service and attention to detail from the moment you walk in until you leave. The staff made our anniversary special. The crab dip and bone marrow soup are exquisite.

Harry's never disappoints! We came for our anniversary, and man did they make me feel like a million bucks! The food is out of this world, but the service is world renowned! Love Harry's in both Playa and Cancun.

Love Harry’s! This is my second visit but a different location. Jair was our server, I highly recommend him! He was fantastic. Food was delicious, overall a really wonderful experience.

Qué fantástica cena de celebración de cumpleaños tuvimos anoche en Harry's (Playa del Carmen). Pedimos rondas de comida y postre y obtuvimos dos bengalas para el pastel del cumpleañero para que podamos tomar otra tanda de fotos. jaja El personal es excelente, pero nuestro camarero, Antonio, fue excepcional. Es muy profesional, atento y amable. El tipo de camarero por el que quieres volver al restaurante. ADEMÁS, cada plato fue increíble, desde las ostras (4 rondas!) hasta el tartar de atún, hamburguesas y hamburguesas veganas, salmón, tacos y "bone marrow" y luego las papas estilo Harry's (que necesitábamos para recibir más pedidos! ), incluso la ensalada era divina. Y los postres estaban fuera de este mundo! (El Lemon Pie es para morirse!) Siempre me ha gustado Harry's, pero esta visita en particular fue especial. (Sí, es caro, pero vale la pena !) Siempre recomiendo encarecidamente Harry's.

La experiencia en Harrys fue en resumidas palabras buena, estaba celebrando mi aniversario y el restaurante obsequió una copa de vino espumoso y como recuerdo una fotografía tomada con una cámara instantánea en un sobre con felicitaciones por parte del equipo de Harrys, lo cual es un excelente detalle que habla sobre la atención sobresaliente que tiene. Pero aún hay cosas por mejorar, como sus alimentos, fui en pareja con mi novia y ella pidió cola de langosta caribeña y yo la famosa hamburguesa harrys, y unos Mac & cheese, mi comida por su valor muy bien, los Mac & cheese de los mejores que he probado en mi vida, pero la langosta quedó demasiado a deber, tl vez de las peores que he tenido la oportunidad de probar, los acompañamientos no son los óptimos y tuvimos que pedir la mantequilla derretida que es algo por defecto para una langosta. El servicio muy bueno, el concepto del restaurante es tener una atención de primer nivel, se acercarán varios encargados del restaurante durante tu comida a preguntar si todo está en orden y si te están atendiendo bien, y de no ser si harán todo lo posible para mejorar la experiencia, lo cual habla del estándar tan alto que el restaurante tiene para con la atención al comensal.

This was an AMAZING experience! The customer service was a 50/10. We were there to celebrate a birthday and they helped above and beyond. They carried my purse and my hand helping me up the stairs. They pulled out our chairs and continuously waited for whatever we needed. The food came out in a timely manner and was delicious! We’ve never been treated so nicely at a restaurant. Thank you so much to this amazing staff.

If you are looking for a high level of service and quality of food this is a great choice. From the table side cocktails to the food it was an all around wonderful experience! We’ll definitely be back on future trips to Playa.

Asignación de mesa muy incómoda era de un Rincon donde el mesero no podía atender correctamente a todos los comensales porque había una maceta estorbando el aire acondicionado no enfriaba bien se fue la luz y no lo restablecen hasta que les pedimos mi esposa pidió que le cambiaran su martini porque no fue de su agrado y en su lugar pidió una naranjada que olvidaron llevar hasta que les recordé después de 10 minutos después la pasta estaba insípida le faltaba sal la cola de langosta estaba sobre cocida al grado de que estaba dura y pegada a la cáscara no se podía despegar ni con el cuchillo y pedimos que le pusieran una salsa y no se la pusieron supuestamente por sus estándares pero no nos informaron simplemente ignoraron la solicitud los camotes estaban duros y no sabían igual de bien que los de nicoletta que está a unos metros y es del Mismo grupo pedimos un amaretto y no tenían para ser un restaurante supuestamente de alta categoría eso es incongruente después el staff de cocina estaba platicando y riéndose y se escuchaba por todo el salón luego hicieron briefing y llegó todo el personal y lo mismo se llena el lugar de meseros pero nadie atento a la mesa para pedir la cuenta tuve que levantar la mano y alertar al capitán quien se acercó a la mesa antes para preguntarnos por todo lo antes mencionado y su postura inicial fue justificar lo de la salsa de la langosta diciendo que no se podía por estándar al final mando unos postres y no cobro la pasta como gesto de disculpa lo cual se agradece aunque no Cambia la experiencia y no es lo que buscábamos lo que uno busca es disfrutar de una comida donde se cumplan las expectativas básicas

Midwesterners you're not going to like it here. The steak is allegedly from Nebraska. I grew up in Ohio and just spent 3 weeks in Nebraska for work. It did not taste like any Nebraska beef that I have ever eaten. For the region, the steak was good. My advice steer clear of the steak in Mexico if you're from the midwest. The other food was very good. The salad was great! Harry's potatoes and mac n cheese very good if you like cheese and garlic. They are very good to you if it's your birthday. The cake was very good. The service was excellent. I did not like that refills were not available for the iced tea, I would've purchased a tea if refills were included. So it was water for me because I drink a lot.

We returned to Harry’s after 4 years and were disappointed with service that we received. The atmosphere of the restaurant has completely changed for the worst. We found the waiter to be stuck up and rude, he has left bruises on my wife’s legs from where he pushed the chair in too hard when seating us. We made a note that it was our anniversary and this was acknowledged when we first entered but no special touches were added as they were in the past. The costs have also skyrocketed since the last visit but the overall experience has declined. We felt more like a number than a customer. Unfortunately we won’t be returning to Harry’s due to this.

It is always truly an amazing experience. The host helped with underpaying the conversion rates. The waiter was attentive and made sure that everything was amazing. I love that at the end they brought out the Colton candy tower. It was so cute!
