Everything about my dinner at Heavenly last night was good - except for the pared-down menu. Only a fraction of the items on the regular menu were available, leaving very few choices. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone although I would suggest calling first and finding out what is available. I would also point out that they put a 3% surcharge on the bill for the "kitchen." This seems very unusual.

Food was atrocious. Almost not even edible. Worst breakfast I’ve ever had at a restaurant. All 4 of us all barely ate. Waiter didn’t even check in once. Over all terrible waste of money. Would not recommend or go back. Shocked by the positive reviews tbh.

The food was very good but the menu is very limited. Do not go by the menu on OpenTable, sign on to the site itself. A few items on OpenTable were no longer available and the prices had increased by ~$4-5 per entree. We did like the decor and the food was also good.

The food was fresh, clean and delicious. Our pupu was lettuce wraps. For our mains we had the beet salad with shrimp and the fish and chips. Excellent!!! Each had its own unique twist. This is on our list of places we’ll visit again.

Service was fair at best as for food would rate it a B. Guacamole was basically mashed avocado no taste what so ever, steak cooked perfect but vegetables unimpressive, salad on other meal was kale thrown on plate basically garnish

One of the best restaurants we tried while stayed in Hawaii. We revisited the restaurant before we left Hawaii. Really like the brunches. However, my friend found a hair on the egg, and asked the waitress to waive the bill for her meal. I expected a better experience, they should offer to waive the bill themselves not that we had to ask for it. And after they agreed to waive the bill, the waitress didn’t look as friendly as before..

The food was good but the portions were small and it was quite expensive. Small menu but that made it easier to choose what to eat. Nice ambiance inside the restaurant though and it was comfortable and had a good vibe.

Very disappointing in the service, especially with dealing with food allergies! I even left a note when booking reservations and it was never addressed- nor did our first waitress even understand a shellfish allergy. Most restaurants nowadays take this very seriously- especially with cross contamination.

Starters came out same time as main When we said we wanted them staggered, they said you didn’t ask for that?? So just left all dishes on the table Food was barely warm when first served Wouldn’t go there again

Ambiance was nice on a side street. Both indoor and outdoor seating are available, and both are good options. Prices were "normal," not Waikiki eye-popping. Edamame was tasty and large portion. Flatbreads were good-sized for an adult dinner, and are a nice vegetarian option. The shrimp & kale salad dinner was disappointing. The shrimp were not fully deveined and were fried with shells and legs on, so peeling them removed the breading. The kale salad consisted of a clump of big pieces of raw kale- not massaged or cut into small pieces. No one wanted it.
