The ambiance is nice and the service is usually very good, with a polite staff. However, it's sometimes a hit or miss with the food quality.

We had a great experience with this restaurant. Our reservation was shortly after breakfast was being served and the manager was able to take care of our request to ask the kitchen to prepare a couple of breakfast meals. The only recommendation I would make is that they consider having a longer brunch time menu for graduation weekend like they do for Mothers Day and Easter. We had looked at the menu online and assumed they would have something as nice as on those holidays.

We have been doing Mother's Day brunch at the Omni for 30 years. In past year's the Atrium was filled with brunch and lunch items, crepe stations, omlette stations, etc. This year it was significantly scaled down with no fish or chicken protein options. My husband and I both have alpha-gal and cannot have red meat, pork or dairy. Even the fruit was mixed with meat and cheese, so we basically could only have egg, salad and asparagus. Normally we eat like kings with at least 2-3 chicken dishes and several fish and shrimp choices. To top that off, the prices had increased signifantly costing us $300 (includes tip) for 3 people. When we asked where the fish and chicken choices were, we were told they could make us some chicken in the kitchen, but we had already eaten what was available. It's not that we expect restaurants to cater to our condition, but because we knew we would be getting many choices from previous years, this is where we chose to spend Mother's Day. It's saddens me to break the tradition, which began with taking my mother there, who has now passed on and in past years creates special memories for me. It's terribly sad that everything costs more and gives so much less these days.
