    I love the location in Strandhill and also the layout. Great outdoor seating that is undercover, it is also pet friendly. The menu is not too bad with a mix of sandwiches, soup, salads, some platter style and vegan options and some traditional food. The burgers look amazing also.

    Excellent food. We shared starters - falafel, harissa humus and tzatziki - the other starter was tortilla chips loaded with chilli beef, cheese, jalapenos etc. We all had different burgers for our mains - enjoyed by all and the French Fries which also deserve a mention were just perfect. No pale undercooked insipid fries that you so often get, but perfectly golden brown fries but still soft in the middle. Can also highly recommend the Sticky Toffee Pudding - sponge was so light and so delicious. We would most certainly go Honestly again. Everything was so fresh. The farm shop on the ground floor is also a delight where you can buy food produced by Honestly's farm and all organic. Well done Honestly!

    We had lovely lunch at Honestly Kitchen. The food was tasty and well presented and staff were really friendly. There was an issue with one of the items in our order; garlic bread came instead of fries, but the fries arrived later and we were not charged for none of the two.

    We expected a bit more if I’m to be totally honest. I feel a reservation taken for 19.30 does not allow everyone enough time for a celebratory meal for five people on a Saturday night. We were disappointed to be told the kitchen was closing at 8pm. It should be pointed out on Open table when booking that the kitchen in the restaurant closes early by comparison to other restaurants.

    We pick Thursday evening as we thought dining would be upstairs. It was not and we were entertaining guests, the downstairs benches are very uncomfortable but the nice girl did move us to another table. Staff are lovely, food is good

    1st time in here since change over. Food was only ok.. I ordered fish n chip. I had 2 ask for tarter sauce as wasn't on plate. My fish was dark coloured,possibly not fresh??! My partner had Joe Burger and got sick on the way home in car. When night went up 2 pay it was an absolute disaster the 2 young girls hadn't a clue what they were at and how 2 uze the till. I asked for a receipt and she didn't know how or where 2 get 1 so I told her 2 forget ie. Will never come back

    Love Honestly - honestly! But our recent experience in Strandhill fell short. Food was mediocre. Chips were soggy and unappealing. No sweet potato chips which you can get in Carrick on Shannon. Service was so so. One waitress came to the table when we had finished our mains and plates were empty, asked if everything was OK, didn't clear the table and dint offer dessert. Service picked up when more experienced and senior staff appeared. What a shame, first not so positive experience at Honestly. Always have a good experience in Carrick on Shannon no matter how busy. Would suggest same menu should be in Strandhill and same level of quality and service.

    Delighted to find Honestly Farm Kitchen in Strandhill. The food is sourced locally and the burger I had was the best burger I've had in Ireland. I've never seen such a diverse offering of burgers on a menu and can't wait to try some the others. The atmosphere is pleasant, attractive, and clean, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

    The food is reasonably good, especially the burgers but appetiser selection is not great. I think they definitely need to up their game for first course/small bites. The big problems is that the service isn’t up to par for the prices, especially for steaks which are promoted as a specialty. I don’t blame the servers, some were more efficient and/or friendly than others but it seemed more like they may not have revived good training and in general things had the disorganised feel of a poorly managed front of house. When there was a problem (we had to send back a steak because it came out well done when medium was requested) no one appeared to apologise and make amends for the extra wait for the steak. There seemed no protocol in place for such a situation—no offer of some complimentary small bite while the diner in question sat hungry for another 15 minutes and there was no mention of this misstep on the part of the restaurant when the bill came. Very disappointing.

    Had booked table inside but very noisy table of 6 children whose parents were sitting outside led to us moving to outside too. Such a pity when parents cannot adequately supervise their children. The restaurant should not let children sit separate from the adults who are in charge. However that aside our food was delicious and service great. Pity they close so early, 7pm most nights

    The food was good. We had a nice time, although we were a little disappointed. I had made the reservation for my mothers 75th birthday and our wedding anniversary, and stated that in the reservation. We were told when we arrived that other people were seated in the original table marked for us, so the waitress then seated at another table. We ordered our drinks and then a member of staff asked if we could move table to the other side of the restaurant because they had a reservation for the table we were in. I explained that we also had a reservation, and then I politely declined to move, to the busier, louder side of the restaurant. I did not want to upend my elderly mother. It shouldn’t have, but it put a dampener on the celebration. We didnt stay for desert as the table was needed by the other reservation.

    Having booked for 5 and arrived with an unexpected additional 2 persons who couldn’t manage the stairs - the lady on duty at Honestly could not have been more helpful, kind and understanding of the situation. Absolutely outstanding customer service. Food was delicious as always and the price was good. Perfect experience. This restaurant is such a wonderful addition to Strandhill.
