Food is lovely and staff very friendly and attentive
Food was great either in the bar or dining room as we had both and a good choice was offered
Very bad 3 course meal but yet you where only allowed 2 course of the menu

The dinner was OK we where told that we couldn't have deserts one day and the next day we had to pay for it even though it was on the menu
The staff at hotel Woodstock are exceptionally good. They are incredibly friendly and helpful. It will be service that I'll remember and I'll certainly recommend the hotel to others. The food is very tasty, good value and was always without delay. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable too.
The quality of the food was good and enjoyable. However, the menu needs updating....I felt like I was in 1995. When you hear that the "special" is turkey and ham, it just feels tired. Also the windows in the dining room need to be cleaned!
food was lovely and good value. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Only gripe and it's a small one is the menu could have a little more variety.
Great place for a girls weekend
Booked the restaurant in advance to be told there was no tables available so got one in a busy bar, the menu stayed the same the whole day. Was given a butter knife with my main course and the food just tasted reheated. Absolutely no where near a 4 star standard avoid at all costs. I have stayed in a few hotels across Ireland in the last few months and this is the only one I would not recommend.

Lovely food very friendly staff. One of the nights staff was under pressure as more people were dining but probably because of covid restrictions limits the amount of staff on.
Grat evening, food was good in evening, but breakfast was dreadful, food was cold toast was cold and not cooked right, constantly asking staff for butter, salt, sauce etc. Very unorganised. Cutlery was dirty had to replaced after long time, so breakfast was a complete disaster, room was lovely, warm, quiet, bed was comfy.
Have a sumptuous lunch in the bar , great variety and no stress and wonderful choices on menu , then dining room next door for evening meal
