Varied menu, food beautifully presented and very good flavours. We will visit again
I have been to the NYC location and enjoyed the food, experience and service. I felt we were treated poorly in London when we were taken to the lower level dining room. Clearly it was meant for tourists. The space was awful. The food is better NYC. The hostess informed me when I asked to be moved that all the tables upstairs were booked. Why was my booking any different?
The evening was disappointing because of how we were treated. Our waiter did a fine job.
Some of the food was very nice, the chicken meal was full of small bones so made enjoyment difficult. The wine was very good.
Superb Experience,Superb Food, Great Service and Head Wine Sommelier was very charming and took great care of my guests as it was their first visit and where delighted. The subsequent feedback i received from them that they thoroughly enjoyed food, service and experience and will be back and recommending Indian Accent !
Food was absolutely fantastic! Beautiful restaurant!
Not Value for money.
The meal was nice but quite mean to share one small round naan bread between the 2 of us... could have has a bit more flavour rather than making the dishes look pretty
The food was super creative and delicious, the service was perfect and not overbearing. It was such a great experience for lunch. Can't wait to return.
Wife’s birthday, Amazon meal and service
Food was very average - in the 7 course tasting menu - only one dish (salmon) was of reasonable quality. Quite disappointed with the experience and the quality of food. Will definitely not go there again or recommend (we’re foodies and have been to all the good London joints - usually they live up to their reputation. Indian Accent is an exception)
Incredible meal. Worth every penny. First class across the board.
I felt the food was good but not spectacular. It is way over priced and portions are too small. Anyone who has been to the long running mini chain "Punjabi by Nature" in Delhi will recognise may of the dishes. At this level I think Gymkhana or Trishnas are a better option.
Great food (except the lamb) but service was rushed. We had the tasting menu with matching wines and were continuously topped up before we were finished so had multiple glasses with the wrong course
Great food - the Chefs taster menu gives a really wide range of dishes and amazing flavors. Service was very swift, and polite
This a good restaurant and good food but I gave them a lower score on service is that they need to be trained that when my partner is eating do not come over and take dishes away it is off putting, you are enjoying the meal and you don't want someone to come and take plates away before you are finished, this tells me one thing you want to get rid of me, come on, in any restaurant don't do that it is very annoying please take my advice.
Truly imaginative and very well prepared Indian “fusion” dishes
Simply a superb experience. The service was top notch: everything we wanted, when we wanted it, not intrusive and very much on point. The food was awesome: a tasting menu of gourmet Indian food. Each bite was fun, tasty and delicious. We shared a wine pairing and a whiskey pairing which added to the fun. We couldn’t believe how wonderful our dinner was.
Great selection of veggie food - all very tasty! The ambience could be a bit more lively
Excellent in food service and value. Very generous and professional- cannot fault it.
Food was very well presented, and a nice take on fine Indian dining. Service was a little lacklustre and not quite up to scratch to comparably priced restaurants.
We had the set lunch menu. The starter was nice , the main was extremely average and we didn’t particularly think the food was outstanding or worth the price.
Cocktails were nice.
World class! Brilliant value express lunch for £24!!!
I made a reservation for a friend’s birthday celebration, the food was as flavoursome, the service, the cocktails were perfection!! Will definitely be visiting again!!
Best Indian restaurant in London.
Everything was so testy and pretty good quality.
The atmosphere could be a bit .... cold but, if you wanna try a good Indian food in London, this is the place
An excellent option for Indian cuisine but we were let down by the hype of Indian Accent being rated No 1 in India. The service left a lot to be desired for and was very transactional with no warmth whatsoever. The foot was hit and miss. The Pav Bhaji and the Malai Sweet Corn were superb and overall there was good value with the Afternoon Express Lunch Set Menu option. The finale with the Makhan Malai dessert was outstanding and helped gain the 4 out of 5 score.
Excellent service. Most delicious Indian food. Stunning ambiance. Expertly mixed cocktails. I love Indian Accent and return on each visit to London.
:( We couldn’t finish our meal. We were stuffed but couldn’t take our food home (no containers). Everything else was fantastic. The birthday complimentary cheesecake was not good. Did not eat it! The treacle cake was fab.
The experience was surreal, one of the best places to dine for an Indian Food experience. The location is perfect and the overall service is flawless. By far the best Black Daal (or Dairy Daal) I have had in the world. Yes the world.
Brilliant food and brilliant service. The staff were very attentive and polite and the food was incredible.
Fantastic food, beautifully presented. Staff were attentive and very polite. Had a superb time, didn't feel rushed.
We wanted to go for a special meal for our 20th wedding anniversary with our teenage boys. The 7 course taster menu was beautiful. Everyone loved it! And the chef made us an extra dessert which was lovely. They made our anniversary very special.
The food and service were expceptional. Went on a weekday lunchtime, when it was a bit stayed, but I can imagine it being jollier in the evening. It is expensive, but it is worth it, to taste such formidable spicing.
The initial drinks waiter not very helpful in helping us to get what we wanted. He was trying to push my partner onto hat he thought she should have. I was asked no less than 5 times if we needed water. Food was excellent the flavors still impressive as before. The menu changed slightly and I was a bit apprehensive on the new Paneer dish but needn't have concerned too much as was delicious.
Lovely dinner. I had been once before so wanted to try it again. It did not disappoint!
Loved the slow cooked lamb
One of the best meals I've ever had. We did the 7 course tasting menu, which I highly recommend. Beautiful service (but still friendly and helpful to those of us who needed a little coaching on how to eat each dish), brilliant food, stylish room. The best blend of "enjoying five star cuisine" and "being relaxed and feeling at home in a restaurant" I think I've ever experienced.
The dishes offered are mediocre and overpriced. I do not consider £5 for a naan half the size of what 's served in not such 'high end' restaurants justified. The restaurant is dark, which is unnecessary as ambience can be achieved in many other ways. Tables too close together. Will not be visiting again.
Quite enjoyed our meal here. Nice distinct flavours in each dish. Portions are tiny but everything we had was very rich.
Some servers were very thorough with explanations of each dish. Ours was less so, but perhaps he thought we knew the menu and Indian food in general.
The Lamb served with chutneys and roti was heavy but good. Chicken salad lovely. Vegetarian dish of sweet potato topped with pea fritter was heavenly
The cocktails were average and the flavours described became muddled.
Service was good but started to slip as the place filled up.
Decor is more formal than we expected, and not at all “ Indian “.
However it didn’t matter, we liked the food enough to go back again and again.
Good quality food, if a little on the small side portion wise (even for a restaurant of this type). Was given bill after just over an hour without asking for it and felt like we were being ushered out. Not ideal, especially as we arrived early and the place was empty.
Indian cuisine with a modern twist! Nice experience and unusual combination of traditional Indian dishes. Perfect and friendly service, lovely decor and ambiance. Delicious food, but a bit pricy.
We tried the Tasting Menu and were not disappointed. Every course was absolutely delicious. Beautifully presented and carefully spiced to stimulate your taste buds. We really enjoyed every course. Service was outstanding. Very attentive without being too intrusive. We have also been to the Delhi restaurant - we thought the food was just as good here but preferred the ambience of Delhi. Prices are also much higher in London. The price is the only downside but you have to expect to pay a lot for a Tasting Menu especially when the quality is as high as this. Loved it!
