   Absolutely fantastic - mam had a great day. Staff were so lovely and the decor was so nice, alongside the harp playing - the ambiance was extraordinary.

   Really enjoyed the afternoon. Food was so fresh, staff so welcoming and friendly. Lovely atmosphere and harp music in the background. Would definitely recommend to others and happy to return.

   Lovely Mothers’ day afternoon tea. Harpist was a nice touch. Staff were very attentive and friendly. I think two plates may be required, one for savoury and one for sweet, otherwise I have no complaints!

   Food is lovely. We couldn’t change out sandwiches that we were not able to eat which was the only fault.

   Lovely festive decor, delicious food including the most perfect scones, excellent service. The only slightly poor part was the actual tea - as in the beverage - which was quite weak and not hot enough. A real Christmas treat overall!

   Afternoon tea was nice, not exceptional. The setting was lovely and festive in the hotel. There wasn’t much of an atmosphere but that could have been the time that we were there (not a reflection of the hotel always).

   This would have been a five-out-of-five bar the location which was held in the reception area in front of the door where there would be a draft on occasion. The hotel tables we were served on were low too which wasn't the best. The food though was so yummy, unlimited tea and all kinds of coffee and we never felt under pressure to leave which I've previously experienced in other venues serving afternoon tea - the unlimited time, the food and the staff being so friendly and accommodating would be the reasons why I would go back and also recommend this place.
