Jackie’s was a really cool spot for good pizza and drinks. I loved the 90s vibe with the old school decorations and music. I would highly recommend for a casual night and it’s a great location for dinner before a gig in vicar street!

We didn’t actually eat here but had to put a star. We went to a bottomless brunch was only in Dublin for the day and this brunch was great! We had 1.5 hours of bottomless Prosecco the drinks were constantly filled up. Also had a drag artist as the host who was great. Fully recommend a brunch here !

Great bottomless Brunch in Jackie’s this weekend for my friends bday :) the DJ had everyone on a great buzz :) service was very fast :) we didn’t get the food but it looked great at other ppls table :)

Staff were nice. Toilets are in need of attention! Wallpaper missing and no toilet roll holders so grubby toilet roll on back of toilet is expected to be used. Cocktail more syrup than anything. Crowd can become quite messy . Have to move from your booked seat after 90mins. Unless you’re a big group booking, staff don’t really make an effort. Was there for a birthday and asked for something “funny” to be put on d table (this is asked when booking a table) but no effort was made and we where put at uncomfortable seats at the front door freezing. Very disappointed ☹️ won’t be back

We only stayed for about 2hrs as the service was shockingly bad. One barman seemed like good craic and funny at the start transpired to be the worsst completly didnt want to be there or doing any sort of work and what appeared as banter at the beginning ended up just making him look very cocky after awhile. On more than one occassion we had to ask to pay for things and it appeared then they would never have asked for it as nobody wants to work and therefore doesnt keep track of anything so if they dont ask dont pay as nobody cares if you do or not. The music was good but the pizza was nice enough but again service was very bad with this and pizza was gone before sauce arrived after we asked more than once and were left waiting ages. At one point my friend stood at the bar for 30mins for 2 drinks even though the place is overrun with staff. Wont go back again. Will find somewhere playing 90s music or sit at home rather than go here to spend 11euro on a badly made cocktail.

Absolutely brilliant experience for my first time here and it won't be the last! Staff are amazing and clearly love their job....full of banter, cocktails are amazing, pizza was delightful and atmosphere was fantastic. Great work lads, we'll definitely be back

Very slow service for drinks when getting the bottomless drinks. Waiting 15 minutes at one stage for a drink, understandable if it's busy but there was plenty of staff on most with nothing to do. I get that you need to make a profit and don't want people to get too much during bottomless but it's called bottomless for a reason. Waiting 20 minutes for our table when there where plenty of empty tables.

Shocking service , booked a table 4 days in advance , we get there there’s no table for us they pull a table into the middle of a walk way and expect us to sit there and block 3 other tables in from getting out to the bathroom/bar etc , when asked to changed table we were rudely told no thats your table, safe to say we didn’t stay for one drink , lost out on a good few quid as we planned to be out for the day , appalling service from staff wouldn’t give the one star if I had the choice !!

We were asked to move seats 3 times, music was way too loud (we’re in our 20s) couldn’t even have a conversation. The cocktail ideas were good but nothing really hit the spot.

Advertised to have drag hosts, games, prizes etc however none of this happened at all. Was very disappointed as this was one of the reasons why myself and my friend had picked Jackie’s to go for bottomless brunch. Only saving point was the cocktails were great and the music was good but that was the only positive.

Nice spot for a drink or some pizza great music. Always good craic. The drinks menu is amazing and pizza great to. Small so would definitely book. Staff are friendly and service is great.

A fun bar with a great atmosphere- we thoroughly enjoyed the Boozy Bottomless drinks with Ariana Grinder and karaoke! The staff were very attentive and friendly - great vibes all round!

June 2023. We were very excited to visit Jackie’s. However some of our cocktails did not taste as described and we had to return a couple. The bar man at the beginning was very helpful and very nicely mannered and asked his colleagues to change our cocktails as one was curdling. Another girl working behind the bar was very rude to us when we complained again. The pizza was very nice and the atmosphere and music was very good too. We will return but will stick to regular cocktails next time!

Everything from the assist manger outside to the barmen and bar woman Everything was amazing They even went out of there way to find me a charger Never had an empty glass and always made sure I was comfortable and happy Just an amazing place

We ordered three of the boozy bottomless and were told they would bring our drinks to the table. One drink was brought right away and we waited for the next two, which didn't come. We went back to the bar three times to ask for our drinks but after 40 minutes and no sign of the drinks even being prepared we decided to pay for the one drink my friend had and leave. In that time the bar staff were continuously making trays of drinks for one group seated down the back while others stood around chatting. It certainly wasn't busy enough to justify such poor service and we'd have happily waited at the bar for the drinks but had been told every time that they would be brought down to us. When we went to pay, we told the woman at the bar that we were paying for one mimosa and she turned to her colleague and asked if we had really only had one drink. At no point did anyone apologise for the wait or service and then to be basically accused of trying to steal a couple of drinks at the end was just insulting.

We arrived 30 min before our seating time and ordered a cocktail and ot took 30 minutes to come with a lot of mix ups. No drag show and no karaoke which is disappointing. Not much in the drinks that come with the bottomless brunch it's mainly just juice. Pizza was nice

We went to the Drag Bruch at Jackies on Sunday. Their website mentioned that the Drag Brunch was from 12-4. There was no indication on how to book for the drag brunch specifically and the booking form took you to the normal Open Table booking. On arriving at 12 we were offered a small table for 2 at the back, when we said that we were a group of 3 not 2, they moved us up to the front and told us that they would need the table back by 3pm. The Drag Brunch didnt kick off until 2pm when the drag queen arrived, soon after the atmosphere started to get better we were informed we needed to give our table back. The table/mic stand where they were based was down the back and while they (the drag queen) made a huge effort to include us they had their back to us most of the time. The service was ok and the food was good but it all felt very disorganised and the lack of communication was very frustrating as was being asked to give up our table mid way through the event.

Great atmosphere, staff were very busy so service at times was a little slow but when things got quiter it improved (not the staff fault they still were great just had a full bar!) cocktails were nice but I think they could be a little bigger, small glasses. Other than that we had a great time and would return!

Such a good spot for a birthday party. We did the bottomless brunch. Would really recommend it. The only fault was the 2 barmen. One in particular was rude in general and apparently there was no change in the till for the few hours we there...I hear it's very hard for establishments to find staff at the moment though which must be very hard on businesses.
