Our server, Ella, was PHENOMENAL! She was so knowledgeable about the menu, personable, and an overall joy. Our meal was great, each plate came out quickly and just as great as expected. Our glasses were never empty either. All in all, a fantastic dinner.

Food was wonderful as always. However, our bar drinks took 30 mins to arrive. My sangria was watered down, probably because they waited to bring to table with my sister's margarita.

Exceptional as always! Jaleo continues to be one of my favorite experiences and this location might just be my favorite. The staff and food are always on point. Cannot return soon enough, highly recommended.

great food , as a suggestion the menu is too small and somewhat difficult to negotiate .. suggest a bigger menu with sections properly identified. I been to Jaleo many times and always find this part challenging I feel I miss some of the choices.

Mixed plate of croquettes tasted like fried soup, they were not fritter-like. The egg & potatoes dish was as like a bad diner dish, no salt/pepper on the eggs, there was on the potatoes. Surprisingly ordinary for the price. Fried eggplant was very good, mix of sweet, salty & crunchy. Charcuterie board was good, could have used more bread/cracker. The water was $8 per bottle, it didn’t specify bottle size. The restaurant was empty on a Sunday and the guitarist sat right behind us, so that ended conversations. Would not return.

I wish that our food did come out in parts as mentioned rather than the two main big dishes at the same time when we were already getting full. The place is nice and the food is delicious but it’s WAYYYY too loud in there to be in any type of conversation without having to yell

The Paella Valenciana was flavorless, The rabbit overcooked and shamefully not like previous experiences here for the money. However, the sangria rojo, batatas bravas and service were impeccable. Paella is a dish that requires attention to detail and pride of execution.

Food was absolutely amazing! Really reminded me of when I was in Barcelona. Our waiter, Rafael was so friendly and attentive. The whole ambiance was just great!! I would definitely return not only to the Disney Springs location but to the one in NYC which is where I reside.

Tasting menu with wine pairing is an amazing experience. Our server, Michael, was fabulous. Food is incredible. Not inexpensive but totally worth it.

The food was outstanding and the service was great. We love this restaurant. I want to talk a little about the cost: The prices have gone up a lot lately and it is a bit overpriced if you ask me. For example - 2 years ago the Jaleo experience was 70.00, yesterday it was 100.00 which is a 43% increase in two years. I get inflation but the menu didn’t change, it’s just more expensive. The Paella, is no longer individual, you have to buy it in the large pan. So for chicken and vegetables and rice it was 140.00. Although it could feed 4 - 5, $28-$35 per person. You want to get other things at a Tapas so no matter what it’s probably a minimum of $50.00 per person. So I think it’s fine, but it’s important to know for people considering this restaurant. The wine list is always excellent, the food itself was excellent. I don’t think you will be disappointed if you are prepared for the cost.

We’ve been here several times including with clients during a convention. We returned a year later and the Food is still amazing but service has declined. It took extremely long for food to come out even though restaurant was not full to capacity. Our server would disappear for long period of time so we were left with out water and drinks. We had also indicated on our reservation that it was our anniversary but no effort was made to acknowledge that or compensate us in any way for the less than stellar service. The experience that Jose Andres offers overall at his restaurants is truly unique but sadly the service this time diminished it.

Jaleo was outstanding! The food was a great example of Spanish Tapas done correctly. Each dish was appealingly presented and even better tasting. The service was impeccable (Eric ?? - I hope I remember correctly) was helpful and attentive without being overbearing. The final course was the Basque (burnt) cheesecake... which was one of the best desserts I have ever had, and I have had many of them. Can't wait to go back.

This was our 1st time dining at Jaleo and it far exceeded our expectations. We selected the 'Jaleo Experience' which is a chef's selection of their various dishes - FANTASTIC - warning - come hungry :-) The other great part of our experience was the service - Eric was by far the best server we have had in the Disney Spring area EVER. He was engaging, very knowledgeable without being stifling. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jaleo.

We Fully enjoyed the tapas experience for lunch. Especially the prawns, hanger steak, liquid olives and bread with tomatoes. Service was excellent and we were not rushed. Loved the Ultimate Gin & Tonic and special Spanish Sangria. Strongly Recommend trying Jaleo.

We dined November 1st and the restaurant was pretty quiet. We had to flag down a manager to get a server to come to our table. Once done the rest of the night was great as always. We love Jaleo’s.
