   I LOVE this restaurant! Best food & service ever received. The staff are very professional, kind, & attentive. The open kitchen is like watching the chefs prepare your food like artists painting a picture. It was an overall amazing dining experience worth the money.

   I brought my significant other for a birthday celebration and we are taken great care of by the team at Jeune et Jolie! The entire team signed and presented a celebratory card to him and, when our waiter realized he hadn't yet signed it, pulled out a pen at the table to sign and give his good wishes (despite all of the signatures being scribbles anyway, so we really wouldn't have known the difference). Staff was very knowledgable but personable, so none of the immaculate creations seemed out of reach for those who do not identify as gastrophiles. Very much recommend!

    Four-course, fixed price dinner is $105. À la carte menu is available at the bar. We enjoyed the crab and veal tartare appetizers. Creative mix of contrasting flavors, textures, for both. Tasty use of crisp, apples, to contrast with the veal and dash of wasabi on the tartare ($21 at the bar). Had the salmon ($24 at the bar) and rabbit ($24) for the second course. Again, creative presentations, use of ingredients. Third course, the entrées, we had seabass ($36 at the bar) and duck ($36). For a big addition, go for the Wagyu, a $55 extra charge for a ribeye, with sweetbreads, and mushrooms in a bordelaise sauce. Fourth course is dessert. The chocolate with beets and raspberry looked like a rose out of the garden. Short but well conceived wine list. Corkage $30. Very slow service. Big delays between the appetizer and the second course, then again to the third course. Had to ask for water refills. Perhaps shorthanded? Not terrific busing. Dinner was over two hours, which is fine when lingering over the food rather than nursing your wine so it lasts longer.

    We dined at Juene et Jolie for our anniversary last night. This meal is an experience not just dinner. It is causal, yet elegant and fun. The restaurant is so pretty. Everyone is very nice and professional. The food is outstanding. We ordered oysters and our 4 courses. In addition there was a chef's course avocado mousse, a bread and french butter course (to die for!) and second dessert course. Between the two of us we had the veal tartare, the rabbit, the duck, the lobster and the ricotta dumpling. Every dish was presented beautifully and was delicious. The lobster and the ricotta dumpling were my favorite dishes. For dessert we had the chocolate with beet (the presentation of this is stunning) and the sweet pea ice cream. My husband had two of the pairing wines and he said they were paired perfectly. I had the non-alcoholic Ambricot and it was a delicious blend. As a celebratory anniversary drink, we were brought half glasses of off the menu wine and a grapefruit guava juice cocktail. Both were very good. They also presented us with an anniversary card signed by restaurant employees. Definitely need to give a shout out to Nate! He was fantastic! We will be back soon!!

    Expensive, but worth every penny. Exciting to have a Michelin starred restaurant nearby! Service impeccable and friendly. Lovely decor and patio area, which is heated perfectly (hard to come by).     Spent our 2 yr anniversary there, and they made the experience so special. Card, complimentary drinks, congratulations. That, on top of an amazing meal. Our waiter was knowledgeable and attentive. He answered all of our questions. Attention to detail is tasted in every bite. Loved it.

    This was a dining experience like no other! We visited Jeune et Jolie to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were greeted by the hostess, seated at their anniversary table, given a card signed by all the staff, and then comped two glasses of Champagne to begin our meal with a toast. What a classy way to start the evening! The food was beautiful and magnificent! You MUST order the wine pairing as well. Food of this caliber cries out for commensurate wines. The selections were perfectly matched with each of our dishes, and every course saw the sommelier bring out both bottles and an explanation of each wine. Without going into particular detail about each dish, let me just say this is food as art. Precisely balanced flavors and textures — beautifully presented — and perfectly matched wine selections made this an experience, not simply a meal. The service was exquisite as well, with our server answering any questions readily and knowledgeably. Every dish that was served arrived with an explanation from the server of exactly what it was. A couple standouts were the crab appetizer, the duck entree, and the chocolate dessert with shaved beets. That said, every single dish of every single course was singularly amazing, and I would order any of the items either of us had without the slightest hesitation. The food was that perfect! While Jeune et Jolie is beyond our normal dining-out budget, it will remain one of our favorite spots for very special occasions. Thanks to all who made this a truly memorable anniversary celebration!

    From the moment you step foot into the restaurant, the staff make sure you are well taken care of: from the hostess, to the sommelier and the wait staff. It is very SoCAL with a casual vibe but the quality of service is immaculate. We had the prix fixe menu and everything from the amuse bouche to the various courses were absolutely delicious. Our favorites were: the duck, the asparagus, the lobster, the bread, all the desserts, the sea bass, and the must have wine pairings were right on. Would definitely recommend the pairings! We will definitely return if the menu is indeed seasonal and would also try the raw bar the next time we are in town.

    Service was excellent - attentive but not hovering, personal but not intrusive. The food was outstanding- inventive and creative, but not obscure and clashing. Execution couldn’t be beat…. We will definitely be back. A bit on the expensive side, so not a weekly dinner spot, but when there is something to celebrate, this will be at the top of our list.

    Food wasn't amazing. It wasn't bad, but for instance, the shrimp was over cooked, so dishes way over salted, etc. For the price, we expected pretty good food.
