I love the food here but I was disappointed they play music too loud. We couldn’t have a conversation with my party because the music was too loud. It’s not a night club it’s a restaurant and the music level should reflect that. It took away the finesse of the evening.

We went to JIA for my best friend’s 25th birthday. We had an amazing experience. Not only is the staff super kind and accommodating, the food is absolutely delicious! We had the black truffle sticky rice, short rib dumplings, spring rolls, bao buns, crystal noodles with crab roe sauce and the spicy green beans. Everything was delish & my favorite was the black truffle sticky rice. Our waitress, Gabriella was so attentive + kind and the other restaurant patrons were so sweet & helpful as well. I rate it a 12/10, will definitely be going back the next time I’m in Miami!

Jia is a great choice for all foods Asian and local. Noodles dim sum veggies seafood etc with delicious sauces and great ambiance. The chef and owner were there to make us feel welcome and highlight our dining experience. The decor was sexy and lively. The manager was a delight to talk to also. Located in the middle of the south of 5th neighborhood. Cocktails were delicious and creative. I am Art the Concierge and I recommend JIA to all.

I was surprised how good the food was. The duck was amazing. The panacotta lychee out of this world. I will be back for sure. I hope this restaurant is open for a long time. It has become one of my favorite restaurants in Miami

Beautiful atmosphere, great food with nice presentation with very good service. A great addition to the neighborhood. We were a group of 6 which allowed us to try a lot of different dishes. Would definitely recommend this new comer and plan on going back.

The music volume was out of control. It’s south beach but not a club. You literally had to yell for the waiter to hear you and that was after moving from a table directly next to a speaker. Food is just ok in a very competitive genre. Dumplings and sauce were good. Coconut frozen drink was great and that was the best thing. Filet was boring. Short ribs were nice. Chinese broccoli was over sauced. Truffle rice was boring. Eggplant was great but again too much sauce. The combination of all the dishes still left us feeling underwhelmed and a bit heavy. I was expecting more raw items. I suggest scrapping the menu dogs and adding sushi. Get a real sound system versus huge club speakers on the floor and do a critical volume check. Decor is nice.

A little bit frustrated cuz we’re looking for a Chinese restaurant but it is not. Most of the food are not really Chinese (just using Chinese cooking materials with western cooking ways and tons of Chinese decorations in the restaurant) but overall the service is good.

JIA was amazing. Our server, Ashley, was very attentive and she was the sweetest thing. Food was delicious!! Must have the noodles and dumplings. Drinks were also very good. Vibes were immaculate ✨ definitely want to go back and try out more dishes.

We were celebrating a birthday and loved everything about Jia. The staff was so friendly. Our waitress Ana was very knowledgeable about the menu and pointed us to some amazing apps (we loved the spring rolls and the prawn shumai). The chef's presentation of the crispy Peking Duck was amazing: he carved it table side and then proceeded to show us how to use the pancakes and all the garnishes and sauce to make most incredible duck wraps. We had lots of left over duck. The room is beautiful. Highly recommend this new South of Fifth gourmet Chinese restaurant.
