Great food! Lovely venue. Not sure whether on the night it was understaffed however we were without top up drinks or and water until well into mains. The may have been an oversight and forgivable as the food was unexpectedly fabulous! Regardless the wait staff were very pleasant.

The food was delicious. Good atmosphere. Unfortunately they seemed understaffed. Once we received our meals we had no further contact from staff. No one checked meals were ok, offered more drinks, cleared our plates or asked if we wanted dessert. Perhaps only this day. The food was excellent and we would eat here again.

Great food, cannot fault. The venue really needs some blinds though- we had a table near the window, and for a 5:30pm booking, the sun was blistering coming through the window. Staff helped and closed the open windows, but even the window tint was not enough to stop the glare. My husband ran out to the car and came back in with a hat and sunglasses it was that bad at the end of the table. Staff did help again when we pushed the point a number of times, and moved us to another table. Just be aware that this will be an issue in summer months, it was so uncomfortable in that sun. The nice meal saved the night.

My husband and I enjoyed a beautiful evening last night at Joia Cucina. My husband adores their spaghetti Alla Pescatora and I the Pappardelle Lamb ragu. The food is absolutely delicious and the staff are so nice, friendly and very attentive. I highly recommend a romantic evening soon! regards, Caroline

The food is always good but the noise is deafening. The service was non existent We had to go to the bar to order drinks as no one came over. Our meal plates were never collected. We left and they were still there Shattered glass next to our table
