We have created two outdoor covered patios that flank the prime corner of Sparkman Wharf, which is the perfect spot for people watching and dramatic views of the skyline at night.

We visited Jotoro for a girl's brunch and it was the perfect location for a laid back, casual, fun time. Atmosphere was casual but fun, indoor and outdoor seating allowed for a great view of the area. We had brunch cocktails which were delicious. Food was great - fresh and flavorful.
Old friend of mine came into town and I wanted to experience Jotoro and something with a good reputation and neat atmosphere.
Made mistake on food and ended up cancelling the order because it took too long. Staff was very kind and apologetic and did not charge me for the entree
Over priced tacos and then charged extra for sides that were not very good. Service was great but food quality and pricing need work.
Loved the vibe, attentive server and great food!
Great service. Food was not good
The food is very mediocre and expensive. You are basically paying for the location. Also, the music is extremely loud and it was 5:30 pm. Overall it was just meh, probably won’t be going back (and the chips and salsa are not free)!
all great but music was just a little too loud for dinner conversation
Wonderful first experience! Drinks were amazing!
Purely awesome. Food and service was amazing. A special thanks to manager Angel who went above and beyond to make our experience extra great.
My boyfriend & I tried Jotoro for the first time last week and we were not disappointed! Our server was Kendyl & she was great — She gave us suggestions/ recommendations from the menu. We got the “Three Amigos” appetizer which consisted of salsa, guacamole & queso with perfectly salted, fresh tortilla chips. All 3 were amazing. I got the Fast & Furious flight of margaritas & genuinely thought I was going to be on the floor if i finished all three LOL. They definitely have mastered the making of margaritas here, they are strong but still so delicious!! The prickly pear was the best and i ended up getting another one of those towards the end of our meal. If you’re new to tampa or even a local and haven’t been, put this restaurant at the top of your list. Located in Sparkman Warf, it’s perfect for happy hour before wandering around!! We will 100000% be back!!!
Great environment, great service,
Is a good place to get drinks, the food was not good, I got the nachos and they looked good but the meat was extremely seasoned, and then I got fish tacos and they were just meh, they were hot but lack of flavor so no, the food was not good
The drinks were great. I got a margarita and a mangonada piña colada and they were really good and different.
Everyone loved their food, but the Tijuana Ceasar... let me tell you... woooo child... get that salad. That's all.
I thought this was going to be a nice restaurant. It looked and felt like a sports bar.
Chips were oily, stale & in tiny pieces like from bottom of bag. Drinks overpriced. Corn was good. Entrees very small & overpriced.
Will never go back, will tell others to not go. What a shame.
The Korean barbecue tacos are great as well as the tuna poke. Enjoy!
This was my second time here for taco Tuesday and the drinks and tacos were delicious. Great deal on Tuesday’s. The service was subpar, the place was not busy and we had to ask for our server multiple times.
Inside it seemed noisy and the music was loud. We sat outside and the ambience was perfect. Nice location of outside seating to people watch. Server was excellent. She was friendly and efficient. Food was amazing. The avocado toast could have been a little crunchier but it was delicious. My husband had the Mexican Benedict and said it was great. I had the French toast and it was amazing! We have already decided to go back for lunch.
We went to this place due to a write up about the chef and that he had a Michelin star. The service was subpar, missing ingredients in our 15 dollar guacamole, tuff and chewy steak tacos and lacking shrimp tacos. The overall ambiance is nice but then everyone working seems to be hanging out , chatting and on their cell phones. For the price this dose not meet a Michelin star experience or anything close to what they charge for it. Over priced and underdeliver
Jotoro offers an energetic environment with friendly staff but generally overpriced tacos and cocktails. Definitely order the Three Amigos dip trio - delicious salsa and queso and plenty to share with a table of friends or family. Tacos were just okay and rice and beans are a la carte making it an expensive meal overall. Tried a margarita flight - cocktails were delicious but nothing special and not worth $15 - $18 a pop.
The salsa and chips was great. We loved the shrimp and steak tacos. Which there was churros on the desert menu.
Food was good but expensive. waitress was attentive.
Great food and drinks. A very vibrant atmosphere. Great service.
Great service, limited menu, no matter the meal. Food quality is good, our meal, the Mexican style eggs Benedict with steak, was delicious and big enough to share for moderate eaters. Big drink menu. GOOD house margarita. FYI to you Bloody Mary lovers, this one is mexican spicy, has adequate alcohol, but thin, some like a thicker mix and more involvement like olives, horseradish, worsteshire sauce etc. margaritas. Its Loud, so expect that, good energy and good music. One irritant, our server must have stopped at the table every 10 minutes to "check" on us, it was obvious she wanted the table turned faster than we were willing to move, I think we were out in 45 minutes.
Amazing! We loved everything and the ambiance was awesome
The service and food were mediocre at best. Portions were really small and overpriced. We won’t be coming back.
Server Malina was awesome ! We had Some issues with our food but she was on top of everything. Chorizo fried rice is gassss ! Manager came out and checked on us and it was much appreciated !
We’re from out of town, however have eaten here each of the 3 times we’ve visited since March. Great food, wonderful service and awesome margaritas!
After the Bolts lost we needed a pick me up to feel better.
If we would have won, we would have come to celebrate. ANY EXCUSE to enjoy a great meal.
Sunday lunch with family and kids.
Very kid friendly place.
Wonderful. Just busy and understaffed. But otherwise wonderful.
Food was fantastic. Awesome and unique menu. Especially for brunch!
Very touristy, overtly busy, chairs were dirty. although server was very pleasant. Food.. just meh! We struggled to find any flavors. Ordered wings which were merely just tossed in store bought hot sauce . I won’t go back.
No issues with service. Quickly sat & ordered drinks & food. Very pleasurable experience. Will definitely return in the future
There was nothing outstanding about this restaurant. If you are in the area and want Mexican food, it was fine. Casual and mostly drinks and tacos. We expected something more from the online hype. Expect to spend $$$.
The margarita flight was great! Fast and the furious I think it was called! Chips are so fresh!
Great location. Food is just ok not a huge menu. Drinks are very good though.
I’ve been excited to try this restaurant since I heard it was coming to Sparkmans Wharf and it did not disappoint! The $6 house margs for taco Tuesday were an Ah-MAZING deal, not to mention they were delicious! Of course the food was amazing, seeing that there is a Michelin star chef in the kitchen, and I can’t wait to go again!
The food was amazing!!!!!
