The meal in general was tasteless. Starters: black pudding sitting on top of burned toast (dreadful). Turkey and ham not what is usually served up. As for the stuffing looked like a bar of soap. Dessert : ice cream was fine but the apples were so hard in tart we could not eat it. Very disappointing overall as we had dined there before and we returned to stay in the Wyatt because of the food.

A relatively nice setting but very disorganised. Booked the previous night online, and it was a special evening as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, but when we arrived staff said they had no notification and it seemed like an inconvenience. Got a table but everything seemed a little disorganised and not joined-up. Four different people serviced our table during the meal which was a bit disconcerting as there was no sense of comfort built up with the server. Food was okay - nothing special and there was no real sense that staff were bothered whether one had a good time or not.

We had a very enjoyable evening , good food, nice surroundings and your staff are really lovely, notably the young Hungarian woman , the older Polish woman and the young man. I also like the seating arrangements in the brasserie, the tables , including ours , are nicely separated and you're not on top of each other. Keep up the good work!

We love going to the brasserie. The veg soup and the bread last night just werent as nice as usual. The overall experience and staff were excellent. Would give ten out of ten for everything but the soup and bread. Both just lacked taste and flavour.

Lovely staff nothing was difficult for them. The seating area was excellent we were in the conservatory. We had steak which was cooked to perfection, the food was excellent.
