Arrogant Management, Terrible Service, Mediocre Food Kaif Fusion Restaurant & Hookah Bar was a complete disappointment. This restaurant clearly prioritizes profits over customers. Despite having a Saturday 7 PM reservation and the restaurant being nearly empty, we were denied a proper table because the manager, Savva, claimed the better tables were reserved for hookah customers. His arrogant explanation? Saturdays are more profitable. When I mentioned visiting on a previous Saturday, he condescendingly replied, "Today is a different Saturday." We were reluctantly seated at a communal table, with other guests blowing hookah smoke toward us while we ate, despite numerous empty tables for two. Our main courses arrived three minutes after our appetizers. When I asked for them to be served later, Savva became visibly irritated. We then waited over 30 minutes, and my beef kebab appeared reheated—dry, tough, and chewy. Not once did a waiter check on us. The final insult? An automatic 20% gratuity for practically nonexistent service, even for just two people, plus higher credit card pricing. The waiter refused to remove the gratuity without management approval. When tips are guaranteed regardless of service quality, why bother providing service at all? Arrogant management, mediocre food, nonexistent hospitality, and mandatory tipping. At Kaif Fusion, you're expected to pay premium prices while being treated like an inconvenience. Never again.

What an incredible experience! We modified our reservation for my partner’s birthday, and were accommodated with such incredible hospitality. The ambience was perfect. The food was ridiculously delicious and came out in what felt was like a second and was absolutely magical. Scallops. Banger. Burger, Banger. Lobster Mac and Cheese, Banger. HIT after HIT. Not to mention the music and live entertainment was incredible on top of the incredible hookah we received as a well. This was truly a top tier experience, to celebrate life the right way, the KAIF way, will be back 100%.

I came here to celebrate a friends birthday. It was our first experience with hookah as well. Service: 5/10. For it being our first time and celebrating a birthday. We were a little lost on ordering hookah. The gentleman who came up to us asked us what we wanted and we said it was our first time with hookah. There was no menu for the hookah that was presented. He did set us up with an enjoyable flavor. I believe it had a watermelon taste, however do not know what flavor it was. He did not relay that. We did enjoy the hookah. We did not like feeling rushed. Nor did we expect there to be a 2 hour limit to enjoy our dinning and hookah. Since we were celebrating we would have enjoyed to stay for a couple more drinks. We felt rushed to finish our drinks and hookah experience and that is what killed the experience for us. There was a gratuity charge for 2 people and, I do not tip on top since the tip is included. (I would have tipped more ) Bill came out to $385 however if you pay with a card, they charge you an additional $16 and the bill came out to $401. (Bring cash.) Atmosphere:10/10. It was a very laid back atmosphere. With floating candles and flame heaters so there was no need for a jacket. Food: we ordered the scallops and black caviar on potato purée. 6/10The scallops and caviar were okay. The scallops were small but good. The potato purée was bland and watery. Not the best at all. 8/10 Greek salad: this was good however not what we were expecting. This was a mixed of peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes with 3 pcs of feta. 8/10 calamari: the calamari was delicious. Very small amount for the plate. Loved the pairing sauces: 10/10 filet mignon steak with the sweet potato purée. This was tender and delicious. We ordered it medium and it came out perfect. With salt, pepper, a full small red pepper and a rosemary leave for seasoning. The sweet potato puree was perfect as well. (A lot better than the potato puree that came with the scallops.) We loved this dish.

The food and drinks were delicious. However, the desserts completely spoiled the overall impression. The lava cake was overbaked, so it was just a regular chocolate cake instead of having a molten center. We also didn’t enjoy the fried ice cream. We returned the pistachio cake, and it was kindly removed from our bill. The hookah was not very good either. On the positive side, the waitresses and managers were very welcoming, and the entire staff was friendly and attentive.

We ordered hookah, no one came to the table to bring the hookah over an hour. Getting the waiter attention was like talking to a wall, idk if we were purposely getting ignored. No drinks even came neither. It’s honestly was disappointing bringing my friends here to be let down like this. Will never recommend this place to any one ever again
