   Great experience and the staff do their job perfectly. But I do think the food is really overpriced. Paid £22 for a burger and was really dry and chips were very basic. I also got a cocktail that was £11 and was mostly foam. I think I had barely 4 mouthfuls and was gone. It’s definitely a good experience but I don’t think I’d recommend just purely on the prices and food quality. If the burger was more like £15 it would 100% be worth it.

   We all loved the food and the staff were amazing. The only issue on our visit was when the cake came it was given to my son and not partner. They sang to him and gave him the children’s shot. It all happened so fast and we were a bit shocked to do anything at the time so just left it. I did say female and she was 43 in the message for the cake.

   10 out of 10 food was unreal service was the best shocking service we had the atmosphere was on fire as soon as walking in until leaving 100% we will be back even thinking about bring the older kids.

   Absolutely loved it!! Not for the faint hearted…you get exactly what it says on the tin and more! Got to love and hate Karen all in equal measure…foods really tasty and every possible Karen is there in force.

   Most fun I’ve had whilst been abused! Hilarious night out and I don’t know how the staff can keep a straight face. I thought the food might be average as the main attraction is really the staff and entertainment but it was very good in my opinion. I would definitely go there again. Amber was our server and she was great (or not great if you don’t like being told to eff off 😂).

    Hilarious time at Karen's diner. The service was shocking but that's the point though isn't it? Paul who served us was despicable but made us laugh. I'd say the food was OK. My friend said her chicken wasn't that nice but my burger was nice but nothing special. Over priced for what you got and we came out smelling like we'd been in a road side greasy spoon cafe. The entertainment was on point though. You can't go there if you aren't thick skinned. The hats were so funny maybe inappropriate for younger ones but they did ask on entry what level of disgusting could we tolerate with young people with us. My son can't wait to return though sadly I'm not in a hurry to spend so much on the food that like I say was OK. You get enough time to eat though it feels like you are in and out quickly. Overall an experience worth having! I'd love to know if Paul is like that out of work? ... ha ha!

    Bloody brilliant banter! The titles given to everyone in there on their hats were amazing! The whole experience was hilarious, food was great too! Amber our slave was quick witted and arsey which made it even better! Nervous at times to what was going to be said but loved it and was great to watch others experiences too especially when another guest got ripped for saying ‘mozzie’ sticks 😂.     We had an excellent day out at Karen’s diner in Manchester. Our waitress was Erin who was amazing, we had 2 young teenage boys with us and Erin was great with them! Thoroughly hilarious!

    The lady on arrival played the rudeness really well - she made us wait while she finished texting on her phone, then she told my 11 year old daughter to have a sh*t birthday and made us seat ourselves. She asked my husband whether we felt they should tone the language down for our daughter which I thought was a lovely touch from that staff member. We were happy for our daughter to hear the mild swearing whilst in there though, she hears worse from her dad at home! Paul was our server and played the rudeness really well, although you could tell it was an act and is probably really lovely outside of work. Others played it more naturally but we didn’t have direct interaction with them. The food was quite nice, I enjoyed the fries but the burger bun wasn’t toasted properly and just felt apart in my hands. It all came fresh though. NB: if you want sauce you have to go get it your f**ing self! Love the idea, the experience was very different to what you’d expect in other restaurants and I look forward to returning of an evening for a more adult session. Thanks Karens!

    Traveled nearly 2 hours to this restaurant, absolutely worth the visit. Me wife and my two teenage kids had belly laughs. Such a hilarious experience…don’t go if you’re easily offended or think you can mouth off as there will only be one winner (not you). Thanks guys 🙏

    We booked for my daughters 14th birthday and hearing about other experiences I was dreading it but found the experience hilarious! Staff are amazing, Paul was fantastic! Had the best time as a family and laughed the whole time! You've got to experience for yourself!

    It’s exactly what you expect after seeing everything online. The only downside was the food isn’t quite the best, but that was almost to be expected. However, the milkshakes were great. I would 100% go again.

    Food was expensive for what you get, and not much choice! The website says you do got dogs but there were none on the menu. Dessert was very expensive and was small! Loved the experience though and the staff are great! The burgers were lovely! Our server wasn't one of the better ones though as she just rolled her eyes all the time! One last question, how did you know we worked in a job centre????

    Worth going for a one off experience. Waitresses/front of house staff were great, very entertaining and as expected. The food wasn’t great at all really and hoped for better given the cost. Probably won’t be going back due to the food but an enjoyable experience.

    Not your average meal out. Really lives up to the reputation of a 'Karen' loved the music, games, dancing and overall vibe. Gluten free buns are not nice but the rest was lovely. My youngest loved her Pizza and the portion sizes were good. If your easily offended, don't bother. If you want a quiet relaxed meal, go elsewhere. However. If you want a fun, vibrant, lively time get yourselves booked in!! Definitely returning, to pay £85 to get violated lol!!

    When I first found out about Karen’s Diner I knew I couldn’t stay away, the way they dress themselves to the customers is just incredible from funny jokes, games through your food and funny hats which may take you by surprise on how they come up with them on the spot so quickly. I will be definitely be coming again to see what they have to say next time 😂 amazing night and couldn’t thank the staff enough for making it more memorable. P.s maybe crack a smile

    Great fun, the terrible service was excellent. Food is as you would expect, it’s fast but tasty. Kelly is great at her job especially hosting the games, watch out for Ruth she is the grumpy one lurking in the background she plays an excellent part. Overall a great experience
