Food is poor quality and 2 out of 4 orders were incorrect. The Karen’s diner experience is funny for first 5 minutes but becomes boring, scripted and offers poor value overall. Wouldn’t recommend and certainly won’t be going back. 1 star at best.

Look I knew where we were at so obviously was aware I was there for crappy service but when you come for dinner and leave without eating or drinking because you took too long to decide what you wanted and then told you cant order, thats taking it a bit far. Looked at the menu for literally 2 minutes. Sitting there watching the rest of your table eat was not a good experience. Wont be back

Our waitress was brilliant. It takes real skill to keep a straight face, be hilarious and offensive while respecting their own rules about boundaries that aren't to be crossed. I can't wait to go back!

Everything was wonderful except for the cleanliness and state of the restaurant The place needs a deeps clean badly, I'm not talking about mess that the staff can do on a shift. It needs to be closed for a day and scrubbed. Wouldnt return only due to this matter

Food just takes forever - had a 1130 booking, food came out at just after 1230, we talking burgers and chips here. Servers were brilliant and hilarious, ticked off the list, one and done.

Had the best “Karen” service… Exactly what you would expect from a Karen’s Diner!!! The wait staff said and did pretty much how you really want to speak to people in this industry but usually can’t hahaha!! Well done for creating the true “Karen” service and atmosphere… Will def be back…

My experience there was amazing!!!!!! I had a blast yesterday night with friends. The staff were rude but in a funny way, like it was supposed to be. The food was great as well, if you are taking any desert make sure you are still very hungry (Just saying lol). Will definitely go back. The staff stayed at our table and had some chat and asked us to get the f*** out lol it was so funny.

We had an amazing time at Karen’s Diner, just the right level of insulting and funny! The waiter (didn’t get his name and honestly was afraid to ask) was hilarious interacting with the rest of the customers and had a chat with us when we were leaving and seemed really genuine. Props to him, it’s hard to be the right level of rude and come across as funny. He honestly made our night. The games were so fun and and had everyone joining in. Food was great, priced a little high but honestly worth it for the experience. Would absolutely come back again.

My daughter decided she wanted to try Karen’s for her 17th birthday celebrations with the family. From the minute we walked in to the minute we walked out we had such a good laugh. The young man that was working made the whole experience so much fun. You really need to go with an open mind. The food was just average, the Diner wasn’t anything special but it’s definitely worth at least one visit just for the experience.

I understand why it had no customers. Not even one part of the experience was enjoyable. It like the people that work there didn’t want to serve us. Took forever to receive our drinks. Never again
