   Advertised as bad service and good food. They were very wrong about the food. Thought the rude skit was below expected standard but the grandkids seemed to like them.

   Definitely lives up to its reputation and more. While keeping up the character our server made sure that everyone had a great time. One of our party was not okay at the time and wasn't going to eat but our server came back and made sure she got something.

   My family and I dined at Karen’s CBD 19th March. Everything was going well and it was not our first time at the restaurant. My 6 year old son made a comment “eew look at his nails” about your waiter. To which I replied that’s ok, My son said yes but they are sharp. Now I do not appreciate the way this waiter who said his name was Joshua approached our table and demanded this was our last chance, to read the rules again as my son was making homophobic comments. You need to train your staff not to get offended that a 6 year old was only pointing out his nails were sharp he does not even know what homophobia is. He didn’t care that he had nails he cared that they were sharp and pointy! Our Neice that was sitting with us is gay! We are not a homophonic family and don’t appreciate being judged like that. Joshua was in our face and kept repeating my son was being homophobic while we were trying to explain he is 6 he doesn’t even know how to be homophobic. It got too heated We then decided to leave. Your Staff are trained to be rude and we love that about the restaurant but maybe certain staff need to be trained not to jump the gun and take offence over a innocent comment. I also need to point out The manager on shift handled the situation really well.

    There is a thin line between abusive and rude behaviour. I found this place to be abusive towards its customers and overhyped. Food was average. They served me cheese slice on a vegan burger and when I confirmed if it's diary or vegan, the waitress called me a dumba$$. I don't find it funny to confirm my dietary requirements.

    It’s was hot and a good 45mins for the food but it was worth it the braised beef and they made my burger just what I wanted so that was good but I was expecting to swear back but that wasn’t the go they just yelled out and tried to put u on show which my 17year old cringed when she made me get her water haha allg though had a great night thanks

    The food was absolutely terrible. I get the service is suppose to be funny and rude but everything was very slow. They need to focus on better food or this restaurant wont be around much longer. It was empty when we went.

    It wasn't as insulting or offensive as we had hoped for. Our table faced a wall which was a little bit awkward. The staff were great and the food is always good. We definitely had fun and would go back.

    Great decent food and the concept - yes, nothing to put a finger on. We got placed on a tiny high table in the corner, so not the best. But you can’t win it all. Would I be back? Sure

    A very fun place to eat. Staff did their job well very rude which is what it is all about. Food was average. I would go back also reccomend it to me friends. All in all a great experience.

    Had the best time with the family. The kids absolutely loved it, laughing the whole time.the food was amazing so delicious. Highly recommend others to dine for a fun experience with good food.

    Loud group of boys behind us were heckling staff and ruined the experience for us and for many others. Other than that, got roasted by the waiters and honestly they flamed me up good.

    After waiting 30 minutes for our food order they gave it to the wrong table. When we told the waitress is was ours she told us to mind our own business. She put the food in front of the other family, those kids starts picking chips from it and the parents touched the burgers to see if it was there’s or not. Then another waitress (the one who took our order) told the other waitress it was for our table. She took the touched food and served it to us. We asked for a new food order due to hygiene concerns and people breathing and touching it. She said no, we refused to accept the food, so she said fine, 2 mins later came back with the food which wasn’t fresh or new was the one the other family had started picking at. Some chips were half eaten and was cold. For 173.00 it was a disgrace

    I’m not gonna comment on the service because it’s Karen’s service it’s their job to give service like that however it took 20 minutes for someone to take our order and our food came 55 minutes after ordering and we had to ask 3 times for our drink which finally came 65 minutes after ordering and it was a can of coke. The stools for the higher tables we had no choice but to sit on cos we were assigned it was 4 stools stacked in each other and it was the most uncomfortable thing I ever sat in they really need to change that.

    Great Experience for my young daughter and I. We had a lunch time booking and the whole package of food, service, quiz and atmosphere was terrific and worth the costs. We would recommend it to anyone wanting something a little different from the usual dinning experience

    Service is unique, food was great value and absolutely scrumptious. Staff there are so funny, they know who to 'pick on ' and when to back off. Even though they were rude, as part of the experience, they were still professional and respectful. I would certainly recommend it to anyone and will definitely return next time I'm in Sydney.

    Lots of fun, the staff were suitably rude, and the service terrible as advertised!! Some great comebacks and cutting insults, it was as fun hearing them berate the other diners as it was to be on the receiving end. Food was great. A fun experience!

    Food was poor, burger meat was dry and grisly. Service was funny but couldn't be serious when we needed important dietary requirements. Too expensive for a sub-par, strange, niche experience that I wont be going to again.
