This place is like a little hidden gem in Bolton. Once you are in you are quickly taken into a true Mexican Cantina experience ce. The decor, clay drinkware , the amazing staff and the absolute delicious, authentic Mexican dishes are mind blowing. We will continue to return over and over again.

It was our first time at LaBomba Taco. Alberto was our server and he immediately made us feel welcomed! We sat on the patio, umbrella up, tv set to music —we felt so comfortable. Alberto cranked up the music and we enjoyed our apps of guac and pico de gallo, which was fresh and presented with style. Alberto’s knowledge of menu items and drinks were superb. The taco shrimp and carne asada was tender and flavourful and fragrant. His recommendations of tequila and desert - tres leches - was appreciated and is highly recommended. We were served with attention and care all evening. We will definitely be going back. Thank you Alberto! From V and Kris.

We reserved a table requesting a quieter spot for a date night. We were seated in the middle of the room beside a table with two small children. The food was excellent as usual but we would have preferred a booth or a corner table.

Yummy food and drinks. It is a little pricey. but great quality overall. The 2 staff members that were assisting in seating us were very green. I have seen them there before but they are not great. very quiet, and the blank stare… like a deer caught in headlights. Otherwise I would highly recommend for the food and service.

Myself, my husband and our 2 kids went to La bomba for the first time yesterday (june21) for a Father’s Day lunch and unfortunately our experience was not good at all!! My husbands beer was served HOT! He told our waitress and instead of offering to bring a fresh one she brought over a glass of ice which completely watered down the beer that resulted in it tasting even more horrible. I myself ordered the chicken quesadilla that was supposed to come with sautéed onions and peppers. When she brought it to the table my food was literally sitting in a pool of oil, they were completely soggy to the point where I couldn’t even hold them and when I went to cut into one there were no veggies as stated on the menu. My husband let the waitress know and she told him that we had mistaken the quesadillas for the fajitas and that their quesadillas do not come with any vegetables at all. I then pulled up the menu to confirm that I did read the ingredients properly and it did in fact say that the quesadillas were supposed to come with sautéed vegetables. So I then decided to take it upon myself to bring it up to her attention again, which she then changed her story around and told me that the menu could be misleading sometimes, and that the vegetables were supposedly mixed into the sauce that they used to cook the chicken. There was most definitely no sauce in the chicken. So she basically lied to both of us. My husband’s tacos were also covered in oil, but my food was completely not edible. It was very unfortunate because we were looking forward to trying this place ever since they opened. Horrible food and very bad service. We will not be returning here.
