Our food was good but waiter forgot part of one entree. Waiter forgot my cocktail order. Waited an hour for our food. Waiter was MIA until we finished our food so told him to take missing entree part off our check. He brought the missing entree part in a to go container and still took it off the bill. Almost ran out of time on my parking meter due to the duration of stay.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!! Horrible service (and they had plenty of help plus it wasn’t busy at all). Food mediocre at best. Bisque was more like spicy gumbo. Burger burnt. And the waiter touched the wedge salad with his bare hands at table side. And didn’t see anything wrong with it! Yuck!!!

Food was great. Our server was attentive. We ordered Oysters as an app, but they were unavailable. We got the stuffed jalapeño, surf & turf, and penne pasta. We also got 2 drinks are total was significantly less than we thought it would be. This place is definitely worth a try.

We had a large group and for the most part food came out good. 2 people didn’t get their food and it appeared to have not been ordered. When manager came out he said he couldn’t see how that happened since he saw all the food in the window at the same time. I’m not sure how he could see that for 18 people but their food did not ,come out with everyone else and we had to ask about it. Then the manager gave them a .12 cent credit. Who does that??? The servers were great! Manager not so much!!

A party of 12 came here for my best friends bachelorette party on 7/27. The food was fantastic and they surprised us by seating us in their private dining room. Our server, Gee, was great and gave recommendations about not only the food, but other places to check out while we’re here! Food took just a bit longer than anticipated, but was worth the wait. Everyone enjoyed their cocktails and wine as well. I had the shrimp and crab pasta, and it was phenomenal!

We were really underwhelmed by the food here. We should have known since the restaurant was rather empty. Our server was meh and the food was too (for the prices). The gumbo was SALTY, the wedge salad stingy on the bacon for $11 and forget ordering the Redfish Hemingway - over battered and tasted like it came out of the freezer and again stingy on the sauce and crab topping. For our party of 4 was a waste of money. We went to Kilwins ice cream shop down the way to feel better.

Food was good but service was horrible had to look for the server several times. Didn’t want to give a bad review but had no choice. We were given someone else’s ticket that had been paid. Could have just left but we aren’t like that. We saw other leave around us before ordering should have followed

What a lovely evening at Landry's!! We had a large group and everyone did a wonderful job taking care of us. Everything we got was absolutely fabulous. We were able to be seated in a room by ourselves and the waitress did such a good job of taking care of each of us. Great job all the way around. Thank you!

When we arrived the hostess had reservations written down in a notebook and said she did not see our reservation. I showed her the reservation confirmation- she never looked in their system for it. She just seated is. It felt like the server was rushing us to order etc. when asking questions he was not listening and just explaining what he thought he heard. Had to stop and redirect the conversation and explain what he initially asked. The food came and it was not good at all. The salmon tasted very fishy and under done. We asked for bread - it was just a cold loaf and not warmed nor toasted. I was very disappointed in this visit to Landry’s on our last night in New Orleans.

Don’t waste you time here or they will waste yours. Service?!?! It looks like this word got lost in their dictionary. Food was actually pretty good, but worst service i’ve experienced in my life. First, when we ordered drinks waiter took an order for a bottle of wine for two of our group members then just walked away a never took a drink order for the 5 other people at the table. He disappeared. We had to call him over and claim we still had other people without drink orders. The waiter didn’t know about their menu. Couldn’t confidently answer any questions about allergens, and said they had drinks they actusllt didn’t have. Lastly, they forgot to put in a steak order for one of our guys not once, but twice! We literally didn’t get the steak until we were asking for the bill. And when we got the steak it was so raw it looked blue. You can tell they rushed. A lot of potential, pretty good food, but not worth wasting your time.

I made reservations to avoid waiting. That was a waste of time. The hostess had me wait my turn with the long line of other people. It appeared as if they were short staffed. The food was good but came out cold.

We had an 11:30 AM reservation but they were short on staff so we adjusted & made the reservation for noon. We sat outside upstairs & had a fabulous view of the water! It took a while for our server to come but once he did, we had amazing service. The food was amazing too! This place is worth it!!

When I walked in I was immediately greeted by the hostess. Who then instructed me to go upstairs to be seated. After I was seated, I sat for maybe 20 minutes before I was greeted by my server who clearly was having a great day. He never said hello, or even asked what we wanted for drinks. The food was cold as if it was last of whatever they had in the back. The food was really gross as well. I legit almost gagged after my first bite. The drinks however were good. I believe they were getting ready to close which was honestly pretty obvious because the servers kept standing around as if they were ready for us to leave. I wouldn’t recommend and I will not be back. Food was beyond bland, very cold. Service was terrible as well!

Several issues at the restaurant - We had several large parties and the parties were split between servers. 1. One server was CLEARLY not happy to be at work and it was reflected in the service. The server did not smile the entire night. 2. The restaurant was FREEZING cold. And, there were no attempts to address the temperature inside the restaurant. 3. The food was just not very good. I had not been to Landry's in a while and it was borderline not edible.

We stopped here are Mothers’ Day after driving in from Nashville, so we were very weary and looking for a good meal with great service. Landry’s hit the mark perfectly for us and our server was a hoot! Would definitely go again.

Freezing cold inside; waitress’ initial resposne was: “they ain’t gonna do it but y’all can talk to the manager.” Manager’s immediate response when we asked them to make it less cold was: “sure, i can have the AC turned off for a while.” My wife ordered a drink. They brought everyone else’s, she waits longer then reminds the server. 10 minutes later she reminds the server again, and the response was “hold on, I’m doing a lot right now.” Food came 2 hours late. Adding insult to injury, they bring out two plates, then 10 minutes later, everyone else’s plate, but then forgot my wife’s plate. Server realizes this 5 minutes after that, but has to ask my wife to remind her what she ordered, which raises concern that she may have forgotten to put it in all together. I go talk to the manager, his excuse 3 times over is it’s Mother’s Day. Wrapped the discussion up with both him and the server both exclaiming it’s not their fault. I asked who’s is it? They respond by throwing the kitchen under the bus: “the people cooking the food.” This was a reserved table. Please don’t take on more reservations than you have staff to manage. New Orleans is supposed to be known for its hospitality. Landry’s French Quarter was a disappointment.

Pass on the salmon, way too dry. Green beans in tomato were tasteless as was the dirty rice Our credit card receipts were for the wrong persons. You really want 50 characters?
